★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located at the best zone in the city. Conveniently located near restaurants and malls. The rooms are confortable and are relatively updated. It also provides hot breakfast which is great. I highly recommend it for business trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk Rogelio was not helpful and complicated my check in by talking bad about Expedia he charged me again and said that expedia payment never works this is a lie because I been using Expedia for more than 10 years and this never happens, after loosing my time he ended up refunding me and charging Expedia like he was suppose to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was so friendly and the space was amazingly clean and comfortable. Honestly better than I expected. The only negative I would say was the breakfast was very unorganized so it took us over 45 minutes to get food. Other than that, great time. Shower wasn’t super hot but it was warmer than the last shower I experienced in Mexico. Great water pressure!
