★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had complained about toilet flush not working after checking into my room. complaint was made at the reception desk. to my aghast it was not repaired and i had a terrible experience of staying in this hotel. it is supposed to be part of Hilton and wonder waht kind of professionalism Hilton group is having!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean room, but we did have mosquitos which was not that big of a deal. but staff was friendly and helpful.. also the airport time says 18 min but it was like 5 minutes from the hotel... not sure if maybe that should be changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second stay and I've been so impressed by the value on both visits. The airport shuttle was prompt on both occasions, and we were happy with the cozy room. Great AC and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Good Wifi on both occasions and friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Nice selection for a complimentary breakfast, including hot eggs. For the rate we've paid per night, we were happy and will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall stay for the price is ok, but DEFINITELY needs an update on everything. Carpet, decoration, and bathroom are on that list (SPECIALLY BATHROOM ?). Service was good and got as a taxi ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been staying at the Hampton Inn by Hilton for years and never had issues but unfortunately I’m very disappointed with my stay this time around. First, if you need wifi for work as many of us do, it is not available. I could not connect to it on my phone nor my computer. I called front desk and they did absolutely nothing to help the issue. Please do not advertise wifi if it’s truly not available. Second, you are now required 3 hours ahead of time at the airport but the hotel did not shuttle anyone until 4:15am causing people to miss flights left and right. Again it was advertised that they would provide free transport to the airport but that was not the case. Many others including myself staying at the hotel had to pay a taxi if we wanted to make it on time.
