★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always count on this Hampton Inn when traveling between Mexico and the USA. It is a very comfortable place to spend a night or two when I head south towards the USA.
It is conveniently located across the road from a very large mall that has many eateries and stores to shop in.
And, it is moments away from the road connect ing with the toll road to Nogales.
I recommend this Hampton Inn - 10 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay very much although only one night. Shuttle service was nice, he prepared guest name and found us though our flight was delayed. We like hotel room that is decorated nicely especially classic photograph. The bathroom glass door separated which look nice. The room is clean with basic things that we can use. Housekeeping with sincere smile, good coffee at breakfast and food is ok for the price you pay.
Smooth check out. Wanna come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. Rented two rooms for two days, one of them AC didn’t work and sink was plugged had to be moved to another room the next day. The other room Ac was leaking water. Bad tasting food for breakfast and unhappy and very unfriendly lady serving it. Gentleman helping was really nice in fact probably the only one friendly of the employees. Old, outdated and not well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at this hotel three different times while visiting Hermosillo. Each time it was excellent. Very clean, comfortable, great views and very friendly service. I enjoyed the fitness room and pool. Although small, they were big enough. The pool is a nice and relaxing area to sit and talk, very peaceful. The parking was easy and everything felt safe and secure. The fact that I have stayed there three times probably says more about my experience than anything I type here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I'm only giving a 3 star rating, because I'm comparing it to many other hotels, this is the best place I've stayed in Hermosillo, by far. The staff were great, the pool area pleasant, and the breakfast was outstanding. The rooms are small but tidy. It was quiet. The beds were a little form for me but fine overall. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Hermosillo.
