★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well maintained hotel, comfortable quiet room.. The food at breakfast was so so (cold eggs, etc.) and the bar is under supplied, and the bartender doesn't know how to make even basic drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience within the hotel, very clean, the room service was great and the staff was very friendly and professional. Jean, the front desk clerk was very helpful in setting-up appointments for our covid testing prior to our departure back to the states. The hotel transportation was always available and the drivers, Robert and James are English-speaking which made the trips more enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive points: clean and close to plaza de piel and León Stadium. Some feedback: not a lot of healthy breakfast choices. Someone was mopping the floor as we ate dinner and as we ate breakfast, which is, um, clean, but chloride doesn't do much for ones appetite.
