Hampton Inn by Hilton Piedras Negras - 26080 Piedras Negras

Worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. Bad service room was not clean the shower was stopped up and almost flooded the bathroom. I called for extra towels and pillows and they never came I had to go down stairs and physically get them myself

Very impressed with all the sanitization/cleaning measures seen throughout the facilities and in the room. All the staff is very friendly, as always.

Very clean, friendly staff and the breakfast was pretty decent.

Always sparkly clean and freshly updated rooms. The best full breakfasts with high quality dishes, juices, fruits, breads, coffee and tea.

My experience at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Piedras Negras was wonderful. I felt welcome by the front desk employees, they were very helpful and friendly. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. I enjoyed my stayed at the hotel. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Even though it doesn’t specifically say on their website or on any confirmation emails, you have to have a credit card to check in or else THEY WILL DENY YOUR STAY! Over all it was good, clean, free breakfast but if you don’t have a credit card they will not let you check in.

The fire alarm has been activated 3 times, once at 3 am, again on a Saturday at 3:30 pm and on a Wednesday at 1:00 am. What do you have against letting guests sleep peacefully? Supposedly it is activated because someone smokes in the room, if that is the case something is being done wrong to prevent that from happening, maybe they don't apply the corresponding fines, maybe the person who smokes doesn't suffer any consequences and that's why it keeps happening. This morning when it went off again at 1:00 am !!!!! I was very upset, shaking with fear as I was getting ready to leave; the alarm stopped ringing, I called reception and they told me that someone was smoking, when I was expressing my feelings, the person at reception simply hung up the call.... He didn't care in the least about the emotional stress I was under. The service of the dining room staff and the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, the included breakfast is very tasty, however definitely waking up to the horrible sound of the fire alarm was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

Stayed here December 17, 2021. Very nice hotel. Security surveillance in parking was good. Rooms were clean ✔️ The only thing I did not like was not being able to control the temperature in my own room. That was a big disappointment for me. SleepIng comfortably temperature wise should be a top priority for this type of franchise.
