★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome hotel I recommend it a lot the rooms are great and the bed super comfortable, bathroom super clean and they have pool if you want to relax... The service magnificent they will try to help you always... And the morning breakfast delicious though not great variety.. never the less is a awesome hotel...

There are no Fridges unfortunately, which is why I gave them 4 stars.
I would have given them 3 but their breakfast makes up for it.
It's Super delicious!

Breakfast at the mornings are very good, also food at afternoons or for dinner.
The Internet service is good also.
Areas of improvement:
Smoke allowed rooms should be cleaned with deodorant after are left, I understad somking is allowed but coming to a room that smells bad its not nice.
Workout room, is a bit small.
TV at the Rooms has many channels to watch but honestly there are just a few that offer good tv shows/movies/News/sports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable stay. Clean rooms, nice big beds. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Reception staff speak good English. I had a problem with my TV one night and they were very quick to respond and fix it. Breakfast is nice and food is hot, great selection just a little unorganised. Staff found it hard to keep up with clean plates, crockery etc, could have been because it was a public holiday, hotel was busy. Shame the pool was freezing, would have been nice if it was heated. Small but sufficient Gym. There is also self service laundry on site which is useful. Good location, easily accessible. Would stay again and recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed two nights for a congress at the city. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are wide, clean and comfy. The lobby is great for having a wonderful time with coworkers. It's not far from downtown, which is less than 40 pesos in Uber. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think is good for business travelers. Location is not good. Breakfast is OK but always the same, eggs, beans, and chilaquiles, every day. No cereal, no pancakes, no pastries. They put too much water to the orange juice, like 80% water and 20% regular juice, not concéntrate. You are only allowed to one coffee Kit per day, per room. Not more. It looks clean but The elevator and hallways have a strong sewer odor. The swimming pool has some green stains at the bottom. The staff is not rude but neither friendly.
