★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel - room was clean and modern with super comfortable bed. Shower was amazing - even the soap and shampoo were good! Friendly service. Good WIFI. The buffet breakfast was great!!! Nice view of the lake behind the hotel too. Very good value. Secure parking. 15 min taxi ride to Centro Historico SLP.
Highly recommended hotel.

Nice views, i give them that but understaffed and the guys working there don’t solve much. They didn’t honor the cleaning schedule and the first room i got had hair on the bed (im bald) and the A/C didn’t work, i got a new one, but that should have never happened on the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pretty bad, honestly. Compared to other Hamptons it's dirty, housekeeping doesn't come, the food is bad, and the parking lot is tight, so much people park between spaces. Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the experience at this hotel. It has everything that you would want, the room was quiet, very clean and the staff are very friendly. A special thanks to Cony, she went out of her way to make us feel welcomed when we were on and about relaxing at the pool.
The breakfast is excellent, we noticed they offer a different selection every day. Much better than your continental breakfast. With regards to the hotel location. You couldn’t ask for a better place.
It’s next to a shopping mall and restaurants with a huge Park that you can take a nice walk at your convenience.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel and I would definitely come back. 5 stars!

Just don't order food. Not good and portions are kids sized. For example a past carbonerra and club sandwich were 340 pesos and would fit in a coffee cup. The club sandwich was like one piece of bread cut into 4 pieces and French fries weren't cooked.
Also, Sunday was a disaster for breakfast. Ran out of eggs, no salsa, no glasses for juice or water, no utensils... At 9am. Not acceptable for a large hotel.
So if you're going, good to stay at not to eat at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is rated only a 2 star facility, I guess I’m easily impressed.
Checkin was easy, they were extremely patient with me in finding my Rewards number, the rooms were clean, the view of the lake was breathtaking, the pool clean and refreshing and the restaurant was top notch as well.
Extremely safe and secure. Well worth it as I felt like I was in a 4 star hotel
