Pros: - Clean and comfortable room. - Breakfast buffet is better than Holiday inn express. - Meals The fact burger and Salad berries are delicious. Cons: Not found out yet...to be picky is no swimming pool.

First off wonderful staff I have never been treated so well in a hotel. Secondly, the rooms are very clean have a great view of the city. Third, the breakfast is really good the Oxaca tamels are so good and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Great hotel with a Great enviorment, pet friendly, at a great price. Well come back and recommend.

Everything except the air conditioning was great. We had to be moved twice and the third a/c needed repair which was handled well. The hotel staff were very courteous, and compensated by a room upgrade and a discount coupon to the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was excellent and inclusive.

Though I haven't stayed at this hotel myself, it was Ms. Karla Palomeque (Front office staff ), who made our friend's stay at the hotel very special & memorable. We friends from India wanted to surprise our friend staying at Hampton Inn by Hilton during his long business travel, by sending a cake & fruit champagne to his room at midnight on his birthday on 20th Aug (today). When I called from India yesterday evening, Ms Karla was the one to answer the hotel phone. She made a note of my request & soon got the approval from her manager to make our plan a success. She promptly reverted to my email & carefully took down every detail of my request including the hand written birthday message for our friend. I thought it would be simple & straightforward for her to arrange for a cake & fruit champagne from the hotel. But she went all out to get the same from stores outside. She made every effort to buy the item of my choice by sending me pictures of the items on whatsapp & confirming the item & the cost with me. The billing & payment procedure went smooth, thanks to her constant touch over email & whatsapp. The icing on the cake was that around midnight, Mexico time, (though she wasn't on duty) when the cake got delivered to our friend's room, she kept me informed & updated of every action step taken by the staff on duty at that time. I have no words to commend her on her actions that went beyond the call of duty to make it so very special for her in house guest (our friend) & for us who were absolute strangers for her from India. Thank you Karla for your very warm gesture. Its dedicated associates like you who are true stars to make the hotel & the Brand special. Keep up your good work. Wish you every success. Nice bedrooms, comfortable, clean and spacious -> Everything that you need for 1/2 nights. The breakfast is OK but the restaurant itself sucks... We ordered some pastas for dinner and we did not feel so good afterwards. It has airport shuttle for free, but only from 7am, and if one person already booked it, you really have to insist that you need it as well, otherwise they suggest you to pay a taxi - like the shuttle should be for 1 person only.

Although it wasn't the first time in hampton inn, the stay was less than stellar. The room was a little dirty. Breakfast was great though.

Hotel is nice and clean no complaints on that part. I do have a comment on housekeeping. Due to the COVID-19, rooms are only been clean once every five days; you would think that the hotel would do it's most effort to sanitize the rooms more often. Same price is being charge for less service.

The room was nice and very clean. We booked this hotel for two reasons. The refrigerator and the smoking terrace. The refrigerator did not work. We lost all of the food for our trip. The smoking terrace was locked. They would not open it. They cannot use COVID as an excuse because the state is in green status. Also in the morning, we could not get the free breakfast. You could not serve yourself. There was nobody there to serve us. Also, the food was covered so We couldn't see what that had, if someone had even come to serve. No menu, nothing. I can't order if I don't know what you have. No one to ask, but my Spanish is not that great so it would have been hard. So not very pleased.
