★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue una experiencia agradable. No fue la mejor pero tampoco la peor. Tengo que agradecer que me atendieron porque ya era un poco tarde, si no me equivoco así las 8pm. El lugar es agradable y la atención fue regular. Lo único que no me gustó fue el hecho de que me preguntaran de cuanto quería el arreglo y no tanto que es lo que quiero. La verdad no conozco de flores ni de arreglos, por lo general me muestran fotos o me dan ideas. Comento que yo les hablé por teléfono para confirmar que estuviera abierto, como comenté decía 24 hrs. Me comentaron que solo era por pedido y que me podían hacer un arreglo pero no me dieron la opción de llegar y ver opciones, solo le limitaron a decirme "de que es el evento y de cuanto lo quieres". Yo hubiera preferido que me invitaran a llegar y ver que tenían disponible. Cuando llegué por el pedido me percaté de que no tienen en sí muestras, todo te lo hacen a como llegas. También me pareció un poco costozo o el arreglo ya que es un arreglo que eh visto en Walmart por $120 pesos y aquí fueron $300. Quiero pensar que es costo incluye el hecho de que a esa hr está todo cerrado y pues casi casi abrieron el lugar para atenderme, por eso fue que lo pagué. Espero les sirva esta reseña.
It was a nice experience. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst either. I have to be grateful that they attended to me because it was already a bit late, if I am not mistaken, it was 8pm. The place is nice and the attention was regular. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they asked me how much I wanted the arrangement and not so much what I want. The truth is that I do not know about flowers or arrangements, usually they show me photos or give me ideas. I comment that I spoke to them by phone to confirm that it was open, as I said, it said 24 hours. They told me that it was only by request and that they could make an arrangement for me but they did not give me the option to come and see options, they only limited them to tell me "what is the event and how much do you want it". I would have preferred that they invited me to come and see what they had available. When I arrived for the order I realized that they do not have samples themselves, everything is done as you arrive. I also found it a bit expensive or the arrangement since it is an arrangement that I have seen at Walmart for $ 120 pesos and here it was $ 300. I want to think that the cost includes the fact that at that time everything is closed and because they almost opened the place to treat me, that's why I paid for it.
