★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall pretty good mani/pedi. Staff were nice. One of them cut my friend’s cuticle but said it was a hangnail... we’re both fairly positive it’s not. They seemed overbooked so we hung out at the foot baths an extra 15 minutes, but then we ended up keeping our technicians late and they didn’t seem too happy. They added some nail art to our ring fingers which was nice, but really flustered them - they said it’s unusual in Mexico. But we appreciated what they came up with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My manicurist Theresa was lovely, but I booked a manicure online in the super confusing online spanish-only system, and when I was in the chair they tried to take off and reapply my gel polish with zero manicure. Then told me they didn't have time to even cut my cuticles. Very disappointed as Im leaving on a trip tomorrow and don't have time to come back another time. Honestly the worst manicure experience ive had in years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m staying in Mexico City for a few days and desperately needed a mani (OK maybe not that desperate but you know), I picked this place because you can book online in English (my Spanish isn’t great!) and it went very smoothly. Had my appointment at 10am on Saturday and it wasn’t too busy. The technician did a good job, the colour was a bit brighter than on the swatch but not her fault! The price was really good compared to London! I had the works. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in Condesa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favourite place for a pampered pedi. The hydrating package always has my feet feeling pretty and fresh in the CDMX dry climate. They work up the leg too and helps circulation from the knees down, not only the feet. Love the massage chair while getting treatment too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service overall regarding nails is quite good but the front desk is a disaster. The receptionist was missing for a good ten minutes with a line of people waiting. It’s very disorganized. Also the pedicure area is now very shabby. The massage pad is very worn out, the control is literally falling apart. For a premium nail salon, this Hand Lab leaves a lot to be desired. Condesa really deserves better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice place. I booked on the phone and the lady booking it did speak enough English. My manicurist didn’t, but we made it work :) she was very thorough and she made sure it was the way I wanted. I will be back for sure. They also make you wash your hands upon entering the establishment, and they clean the stations immediately.
