★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los mejores lugares para un muy buen manicure y pedicura. Utilizan productos de calidad y la atención. No cuenta con estacionamiento. Manejan tarjeta de lealtad y los lunes hay descuento en los servicios. También tienen servicio de depilación.
One of the best places for a very good manicure and pedicure. They use quality products and care. It does not have parking. They handle a loyalty card and on Mondays there is a discount on services. They also have waxing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar agradable, el personal te discrimina, y no te da el mismo servicio que a "las señoras de las lomas", es una pena, porque así ni ganas de regresar, el servicio que me hicieron fue muy diferente al de otras personas que estaban ahi...eso no me agrado...no creo que regrese...lástima porque se ve que la dueña (o al menos eso parecía) si se preocupa por el servicio al cliente...
The pleasant place, the staff discriminates against you, and does not give you the same service as "the ladies of the hills", it is a shame, because that way I do not even want to return, the service they gave me was very different from that of other people who they were there...I don't like that...I don't think I'll come back...too bad because you can see that the owner (or at least that's what it seemed) cares about customer service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen el lugar súper descuidado. Las plantas sin regar no esterilizan sus instrumentos. Las limas todas amarillas y de metal. Las plantas todas muertas. Se llevaron un cachito de mi ceja porque la chava no estaba entrenada y la misma me hizo mani y me rebano mi dedo me dejo nada de uña. Los esmaltes hay 3 de OPI Y todos viejitos. Los demás de marcas chafas. Si lo único que ofreces son cejas y manos porque no entrenas bien a tu personal y Lea compras buenas herramientas. Horror no vuelvo.
They have the place super neglected. Unwatered plants do not sterilize your instruments. All yellow and metal files. The plants all dead. They took a piece of my eyebrow because the girl was not trained and she made me a mani and sliced my finger, leaving no nail. There are 3 enamels from OPI and all of them old. The rest of cheap brands. If the only thing you offer are eyebrows and hands because you don't train your staff well and Lea you buy good tools. Horror I'm not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for manicure and hair removal. Also, they have an excellent team for designing brows and lashes treatments. The team and the service are superb. Only cons: sometimes the clients speak on the phone, and the relaxing experience can be damaged. It would be great if they were space free of phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at Hand Spa. I booked relatively last minute using WhatsApp, but they also have an online booking system linked through their IG page too. They were very friendly. There were lots of appointments available, even right before NYE. My Spanish is just OK, and I always try, but sometimes people aren't patient. That was not my experience at Hand Spa. Everyone who worked there was SO NICE to me. They were very helpful. I really want to say that Claudia (who did my manicure) was simply amazing. She did an excellent job and was so accommodating to me and my special requests for my NYE nails. I would highly recommend to anyone. I haven't tried any of their other services like hair or waxing yet, but it seemed like it was a popular choice based on the other clients I saw coming and going during my appointment.
