F	Fryda Farfan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy acudi a la tienda Hang ten en plaza las americas en Morelia, la Srta que al parecer es la Gerente de la tienda (nadie me quiso dar su nombre) fue de lo más grosera al recibir el pago de mis productos. Al cuestionarle por qué su actitud, fue más su molestia e intentó agredirme, quise tomarle una foto para reportarla y quiso golpearme. Mi hermana al intervenir, la "Gerente" le dijo: “¿tu también?” ¡Qué lástima que tengan como gerente de tienda a alguien que no tiene actitud de servicio ni atención al cliente. Tuvimos que llegar al grado de hablarle a la policía, pero como fue “tentativa de agresión” y no “daño físico comprobable”, pues no se pudo hacer nada. Ojalá alguien en esta “empresa” pueda dar una explicación del porqué la atención al cliente debe de ser de esa manera. Afortunadamente el lugar tiene cámaras y podrán ver la evidencia. Espero no las borren! Today I went to the Hang Ten store in plaza las americas in Morelia, the Miss who apparently is the Store Manager (no one wanted to give me her name) was extremely rude when receiving payment for my products. When I questioned him why his attitude, it was more his annoyance and he tried to attack me, I wanted to take a photo of him to report it and he wanted to hit me. When my sister intervened, the "Manager" said: "You too?" What a shame they have as a store manager someone who has no attitude of service or attention to the customer. We had to go so far as to speak to the police, but as it was “attempted assault” and not “verifiable physical damage”, nothing could be done. Hopefully someone in this "company" can give an explanation of why customer service should be that way. Fortunately the place has cameras and they will be able to see the evidence. I hope they don't delete them!
