★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Photos on the website aer deceptive.. Way too expensive compared to better hotels, bad location, no towels just two robes, no windows, seemed like a luxury jail cell. Free breakfast sucked. Asked for a studio suite. It came with two plates, no silverware, no glass. Refrigerator was warm. A/C did not work well. Planned on staying in the area a week, but we escaped to a different hotel next day. Don't stay here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An industrial feel to the hotel's building, and spartan rooms. Don't mind the small 'breakfast corner', they manage to cook some rather 'egg-cellent' chilaquiles!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was clean and had friendly staff. Very loud at night. We could hear every single step( someone in heels?!?) from the top floor at 2:30 am... and again at 4:30 am. My parents next door... heard it too. Couldnt sleep either. Opened window and there was a metal wall (storage next door?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hardly slept as the small of raw sewage was intensely present all night. There is a very polluted body of water nearby that I suspect to be the source of this horrible stench which made us gag as we drove by this body of water on our way to and from Guadalajara city center. When we checked-in earlier in the day we wondered why the hotel reeked of intense cleaning solution (which burned our nostrils) and we suspect it was to mask the smell and of the aforementioned close by body of water? If we are wrong and this is not the source of the unbearable raw sewage smell, then the hotel has bigger problems on their hands then being located near a cesspool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service from front desk. I got the worst terrible experience waiting hour for them to found my reservation and the worst smell ? on the hotel. They don't count with a packing, cause I have to walk alot so I could park my car on a garage parking for a company that is kind of close by the hotel Hangar and plus the parking was too dark and insecure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfy beds, newly built/remodeled rooms. A/C can get very cold. Bathrooms are nice and they have transport to/from the airport. Staff has been friendly each time Ive spent time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotel for a decent price. About a 4 minute drive to the hotel with free pick up and drop off to and from hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Hotel food was surprisingly good. I had the green enchiladas and was not disappointed. Only downfall is that there are no walking distant restaurants or bars near by to pass the time. Overall: good.
