 They have the worst customer service there is, they never respond, they all want to get paid and they take up to a week to respond to a request.

It is the worst shipping company. Terrible service. Lots of bureaucracy and their rude agents. Never use it. I do not recommend it, headaches and loss of time will be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardar 1 mes en contestar correos y tardan en atender llamadas si no es que cuelan, no puedes enviar recordatorios porque se llenan sus ´bandejas de entrada´, son groseros y te levantan la voz.
Llevo desde octubre queriendo recuperar garantías y hasta la fecha no me resuelven.
Terrible service, they take 1 month to answer emails and they take time to answer calls if they don't slip through, you can't send reminders because their 'inboxes' fill up, they are rude and raise their voices at you.
I have been wanting to recover guarantees since October and to date they have not resolved me.
