Do not trust, they never return to you or never keep their promises!!!

Happy Address advertises itself as a vacation rental company who guarantees your satisfaction with their selection of high quality luxurious properties and 24/7 customer support. Nothing could be further from the truth. We had a “pleasure” of being clients of Happy Address and we would not recommend this host due to major security issue during our stay at on of their properties, Panoramic, and the lack of professionalism exhibited by Happy Address and Brenda who was assigned to be our concierge. On the first night of our stay, there was a robbery in the building. We quickly found out that it is easy for an intruder to enter through the terrace of the penthouse, which is accessible from the public rooftop pool. We were completely unable to lock the door from the terrace to the apartment, meaning it was open at all times. Our safety was compromised and the company did nothing to address it despite us raising issue time and time again. We finally heard back from Happy Address, 2 weeks later after our check out date, who stated that since the robbery was one floor lower they determined we were not at risk even though our door was open at all time. Happy Address added that our safety was a “complication not in their manage”. On a separate note, I would like to add that this luxury rental company owns one set of towels per apartment. This means that once guests check out , the company needs to wash them and provide them to the next guest who is checking in on the same day. So when we decided to use the public pool on the rooftop after checkout before heading to the airport, this became a major issue. Brenda, our concierge, who was running late to check us out, came to rooftop pool and took the towels from us, leaving us wet with nothing to sit on or take shower later. Luckily, the Panoramic staff felt bad for us and offered us towels we could use for a couple of hours before heading to the airport. In general, the concierge Brenda’s demeanor and tone was very condescending, when we only requested very minor accommodations; she made no effort to make our last day at Panoramic enjoyable, despite the fact that we spent an entire week fearing for our safety. I believe this person should search for a career other than hospitality industry. We have traveled to many countries and stayed at multiple hotels and Airbnbs and this is the first time we have encountered such an inhospitable concierge and management team who did nothing to ensure our security during our stay and lacked willingness to accommodate us simple requests such as using as towels for a couple of hours, especially after paying extremely high relative accommodation rates compared to other properties in the area.

We rented a condo in Terrazas. PROS: Good location, close to beach, restaurants and bars. CONS: The customer service is TERRIBLE. We found out about several issues with the condo. I sent multiple messages to Axel, who was the concierge assigned. He never replied. If you have any issues with the rental, do not expect to have them resolved. As soon as you paid, they stop taking any calls.

They refuse to pay back my deposit of 800 dollars I paid. They told me it would be paid back upon check out. More than 2 weeks have passed and still no refund, they just ignore my messages! Terrible company! I have never experienced such a bad service. Axel the host is friendly until you make the payment and other than that he will ignore your requests!! Think twice if you’re gonna rent with these people! I really loved staying in Ipana condos but because of this bad service I will not stay there again!
