★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sin ofender y en mi experiencia, necesitaba la pensión de un día y noche y sí me. contestaron, dos días antes y todo bien, amable el chico pero el sábado que fui a la. hora acordada (10am) le mande WhatsApp y llame, me quedé 20 min afuera tocando x si a caso, pero decidí irme, por fortuna encontré un veterinario cerca de mi trabajo con guardería.
No puedo hablar del servicio que no recibí pero creo que con la seriedad que se manejan no es confiable, simplemente un mensaje o algo para negarte el servicio y ya, no hacer esperar a las personas y jugar con su tiempo y necesidad.
No offense and in my experience, I needed a day and night pension and yes I did. They answered, two days before and everything was fine, the boy was kind but on Saturday I went to the. Agreed time (10am) I sent him WhatsApp and called, I stayed outside for 20 minutes, touching x if necessary, but I decided to leave, fortunately I found a veterinarian near my work with a nursery.
I cannot speak of the service that I did not receive but I think that with the seriousness that they handle it is not reliable, simply a message or something to deny you the service and now, not make people wait and play with their time and need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi perrito se contagió de bordetella en este lugar, tengan cuidado.
No pretendo ofender a nadie y jamás he dejado una mala reseña pero realmente también nunca vi en persona propia el espacio en donde estaban todos los perritos, lo recibieron y me lo entregaron en la entrada quizás fue cuestión mía por no pedir permiso para entrar a ver pero me quedé con un pésimo sabor de boca también al notar que mi cachorro al tenerlo conmigo siento lo regañaban muy feo cuando hacía sus necesidades ya que llegó con una actitud de miedo, hablo bajo mi propia experiencia y solo con el afán de que tengan cuidado con sus mascotas y como recomendación directa al lugar deberían de pedir el carnet de vacunas de todos los perros que lleguen a recibir en un futuro.

I do not mean to offend anyone and I have never left a bad review but I also never really saw in my own person the space where all the dogs were, they received it and gave it to me at the entrance perhaps it was my question for not asking permission to enter to see but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth also when I noticed that my puppy, having him with me, I felt they scolded him very ugly when he did his business since he arrived with an attitude of fear, I speak from my own experience and only with the desire that they be careful with their pets and as a direct recommendation to the place they should ask for the vaccination card of all the dogs that they receive in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He estado buscando guarderías para mis perros…No he llevado a mis perros a este lugar pero viendo las respuestas tan hostiles a las opiniones que dejan los usuarios, no me dan ganas de llevarlos, la verdad.
Aún así espero que este negocio prospere y se tomen las críticas de buena manera para así poder dar un excelente servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues mi experiencia no fue muy agradable solamente cuando fui a recoger a mi mascota. Cuando escribo para avisar que iría a buscarlo me informan que el perro se cayó, que lo llevaron al veterinario y que debía pagar 1200 más de lo acordado por todas las noches que estuvo. Ni voy a entrar en detalles de si se cayó del sofá intentando subir o de brincar de un sofá para una cama porque en primera mi perro por su edad ya no se sube en las camas lo que más me sorprendió es que me dijera que no tenía mi contacto para avisarme y tomar la decisión de llevarlo sin saber primero la información que yo podría brindar.
No iba a comentar nada porque al final creo que si de verdad el perro se sentía mal pues qué bueno que lo llevó al veterinario, pero al contarle a todos los que me conocen a mí y a mi mascota me dicen que yo no tenía que pagarlo todo porque el final fue mi descuido y el que yo tuviera que pagar por el no cuidado del perro completamente me da derecho a decir mi experiencia.
