★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayan nunca a este lugar. Es el peor servicio al cliente. Grosero, mal informado, no les importa el cliente. Contrate dos servicios. El primero para mi, pero no me dieron bien la información y cuando llegue resultó que no se podía porque soy hipotiroidea. Claro que ya me habían cobrado. El segundo para mi hija que ahora estoy tratando de cancelar porque faltamos a una cita por COVID y ahora la que agenda citas se niega a darme una que no sea en sábado por la tarde. Solo para molestar.
Never go to this place. It is the worst customer service. Rude, misinformed, they don't care about the customer. Hire two services. The first one for me, but they didn't give me the right information and when I arrived it turned out that it couldn't be done because I'm hypothyroid. Of course they had already charged me. The second for my daughter that I am now trying to cancel because we missed an appointment due to COVID and now the one who schedules appointments refuses to give me one that is not on a Saturday afternoon. Just to annoy.
