quién fue muy amable conmigo en atenderme y seguir mi caso!
Compré un equipo "nuevo” en un Ishop que supuestamente dan equipos nuevos y con garantía, pero el equipo salió pésimo! tardarían casi una semana en responderme por parte de Apple para darme el nuevo! ya que en tiendas estaba agotado!
Así que rápido me comuniqué con Apple, les explique mi queja y que me vendieron un equipo nuevo pero inservible con problemas de Face ID, y Apple muy amables me recomendaron con Happy Mac y sólo bastó un día en darme mi nuevo equipo! :)
Estoy muy contento por el trato, la calidad y el profesionalismo que tienen todos ahí!
Muchas gracias Happy Mac, por volver a creer en Apple y haberme apoyado, y un abrazo fuerte a Nancy!

who was very kind to me in assisting me and following my case!
I bought a "new" equipment in an Ishop that supposedly gives new equipment and with a guarantee, but the equipment came out terrible! It would take almost a week for Apple to respond to me to give me the new one! Since in stores it was sold out!
So I quickly contacted Apple, explained my complaint and that they sold me a new but unusable device with Face ID problems, and Apple very kindly recommended me with Happy Mac and it only took one day to give me my new device! :)
I am very happy with the treatment, quality and professionalism that everyone has there!
Thank you very much Happy Mac, for believing in Apple again and for supporting me, and a big hug to Nancy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RECOMIENDO! Malísima experiencia. Carísimo!!Son muy ABUSIVOS en el precio. Le hacen a las computadoras supuestos trabajos que uno NO pide y después lo cobran a montos excesivos.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible experience. Very expensive !! They are very ABUSIVE in the price. They do supposedly jobs to computers that you DO NOT ask for and then charge excessively.
