★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy diferente con excelentes instalaciones y muy buena ubicación, de fácil acceso si vienes de Puerto Vallarta o de Nayarit. Todo el staff es muy amable y calificado.
Me gusta que cuenta con la afiliación a CrossFit Inc. y que la programación de sus entrenamientos esté respaldada por PRVN Fitness de Shane Orr.
Es el único CrossFit de Puerto Vallarta que abre todo el día, tanto para tomar clases o para poder entrenar en horarios de open box con mi propio programa.
Se los recomiendo mucho
A very different place with excellent facilities and a very good location, easily accessible if you come from Puerto Vallarta or Nayarit. All the staff are very friendly and qualified.
I like that he is affiliated with CrossFit Inc. and that his workout scheduling is supported by Shane Orr's PRVN Fitness.
It is the only CrossFit in Puerto Vallarta that is open all day, either to take classes or to be able to train during open box hours with my own program.
I highly recommend it

es un lugar muy agradable en donde puedes hacer ejercicio y terminar FELIZ
Sus coach son muy atentos, me escalaron y adaptaron el wod por la lesion que tengo, además están al pendiente de que los ejercicios se esten ejecutando de manera correcta, para evitar lesiones
Las instalaciones están de lujo y sus equipos están muy completos
