★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entregaron el plato roto y sucio y me dijeron que no se hacen responsables, prácticamente te hacen firmar una hoja en la que no se hacen responsables absolutamente de nada, me hicieron pagar por unas vacunas y se las pusieron hasta el día que lo recogí no antes de su estancia, y lo mas importante es que mi perrito casi no comió, me dijeron que solo tomó agua y llegó sediento como si no hubiera tomado nada de agua, no se si no le dieron agua o que pasó, llego triste. En general muchas incongruencias, falta de comunicación y entrega de pertenencias. Yo no lo vuelvo a dejar ahí.

In general many incongruities, lack of communication and delivery of belongings. I will not leave it there again.

WHEN I TAKE MY DOG TO THE BATHROOM, THEY NEVER RETURN IT WITH A NECKLACE AND THEY END UP LOSING IT. AND CECIA IS VERY DISTRACTED AND CHARGED ME TWICE FOR THE .ISMO BEING SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi perro y yo siempre nos hemos parecido y de echo por eso lo compre por que sentia una conection, pero no lo aceptaron en este hotel, no me dieron ninguna explicacion. (Aqui les dejo unas fotos de el)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospede a mi perro 10 días con ellos. Mi perro pesaba 22kg y al recogerlo me lo entregaron pesando 18kg, triste, muy sucio, con su plato roto y con mucha hambre. Ellos dicen que comió bien, pero obviamente es mentira.
