★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a sorry place. We were following the good reviews on here. Place is looking very nice, however the music was blasting all over the restaurant. We were seated and than we started to observe some craziness. 4 people approached us about same situations. The level of disorganization was quite higj and obvious. We attempted to order wine, they did not have, asked about another bottle - same situation. So, had the fifth person approaching is about similar stuff. We paid for the water and walked off. I cant comment on food, but service almost ruined our last night in beautiful city of beloved Puebla. We went up the street to our Argentinean friends where we had an exceptional dinner last nigbt and today 11/22/16.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great steak at a reasonable price. Staff friendly, not all of them speak English. Very quick and good U.S. quality. Vegetables as side dish were cold, needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place has the best steaks I ever had. Mexican steaks are better than European anyway but this place has a great choice of beef in the highest quality. Prices are upscale for Mexico but it's money well spent.
Liquors are a tad expensive but if you're willing to spend 50€ (1000 Mexican $) for a dinner (starters, main dish, dessert, beer and Tequila) in Puebla your not missing out on anything. Really recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is supposedly a steakhouse but the food is not the best, missing salt and pepper and medium done is more towards well done. No salt on the French fries either. The music was also too loud. Also annoying that they try to push whiskey and cocktails on you. Go to the neighbor Chimichurry and enjoy better steaks for much lower price.
