★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impecable service, excellent fresh food and great mixology from the bar is what a great restaurant like Harbor’s offers. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome by the staff at this restaurant that has a patio with an incredible view of the Veracruz seaside. At the beginning of your visit, the waiter comes in to show you the actual steak cuts, all the fresh seafood and all the different wines to pair with your food. Then, the mixologist from the bar walks in to offer great cocktail specials and suggestions of what to drink to make your dining experience more enjoyable. There were not any letdowns in our visit and kudos to all the staff at this great restaurant. Definitely worth the ride from downtown Veracruz.
