Hard Rock Cafe Cancun - 77500 Cancún

Live music... What a band!! I normally visit hard rock cafe shops and restaurants any time I have a chance while traveling and yes, bands are good when I am lucky enough to see them live... But the band at Cancun's restaurant was totally another level... So much talent, and if you mix that with a nice company, great food and drinks, great way to finish our trip to Cancún!

It’s ok but kinda expansiv. Clubsandwich looks nice but chicken was dry. Nice view tho

The Hard Rock Cafe Cancun, MX @ Congo Bongo drinks were horrible and upon purchasing 2 new glasses that were boxed, I arrived back home in the States and unpacked them to find (see photo of glasses) 2 glasses that are not new, but used, dirty with an awful film on the inner surface, I tried to wash them with Dawn but that film is there to stay! How disgusting and pretty pathetic of the Hard Rock Cafe Cancun @ Congo Bo go!

This trip was the worst trip I’ve been on, got here on the 21st room was leaking from the ceiling, they never once did anything about it, on the 22nd claim I broke a hookah & tried to charge me 290, on the 23rd we went out for some activities, came back soaking wet, me & my kid just wanted to take a shower but found out we were locked out of our room. Went back down to the lobby 3 times to get a key, they knew the room was locked but kept sending me & my child upstairs with keys they knew wouldn’t work. Go back down a third time they locked my things in my room & would not let me access them until I signed a paper saying I’ll pay 290 for a 20 dollar hookah they claim I broke, it was so many ppl at the pool not sure why they picked me to place the blame on. One min it was I had to pay in pesos, next mins they switch it to 290 in American money, they are money hungry, rude & unprofessional. If I could rate this trip a -0 I would. I will not be retuning back. My child was hungry & wet & they did not care, she was traumatized. How could you treat a child like that, I paid 1500 to be here. My child fell at the pool & not once did anybody that worked here ran to her aid, she hurt her arm & hit her face on the ground. This place is trash, the staff of trash, the rooms are trash. I hate it here.

Normal Hard Rock decor, does look really well maintained and clean. Menu and food just what you would expect if in the States. Prices very comparable also. If you're looking for a spot one evening, it's worth considering. Its also oceanfront. Have some food while watching the waves come in.

Went here to just grab a quick drink. I knew the expectations of food and drink quality. Staff was very attentive. Food came quick and drink was prepared quickly. Great place to come for a casual economic meal and drink. You also can see the beach and ocean from the restaurant. Good vibes!

Nice, intimate setting. Option to eat outside. Waitstaff was less than stellar, lacked any enthusiasm at all. Food was ok but nothing great and the $15 Long Island ice tea came in a glass so small I doubt it had any alcohol!
