I did my reservation for 4 rooms and only 3 got booked it was something wrong with the bathroom in my room it had a really bad smell and it was getting worse through the night to the point I wasn’t able to sleep I talked to the front desk and they came to clean it the next day .! Well it was ok for some time and they did offer us to go to a different room but we thought the problem was fixed and the lady at the front desk told me I needed to talk to the supervisor to see if she could do anything about the fist day, Erika was really nice and told me she couldn’t get me my money back for the fort day but she was going to send me an email so she could give me discounted price for my next visit well it’s been more than 24 hours and not email

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I messed up my reservation at the Hilton. And so they sent me overhere a little more expensive but it's so worth it. It's beautiful service is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a nice time, just a delay on the check in the rooms, they where not ready, we have to call 2 times until finally we went to the front desk and they give us our 2 rooms.. other than that no complains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, I had a great experience with the Hard Rock Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

The downsides were, Elevator broke and got stuck for 20 minutes, better be early at the pool as occupancy is restricted to 75 people and you can get to do an hour line to get in. They announced seafood buffet, but when get to it, it was not available as they had a private event and restaurant was closed

One thing tough, only 3 elevators? Who's the architect? Bug mistake, long, long wait to catch the elevator, other than that, I'd come back for sure ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. Rooms were good, food was great but most important the staff was awesome . There staff was all over hotel always wanting to help and solve any issue or questions I had. All about customer service and that set them apart. Will definitely stay there next time i travel.
