★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena dirigirme a ustedes para hacerles ver que si sus vendedores ofrecen mandar un correo para vender bicicletas, pues que estos las manden.
Fui a su tienda con la plena intención de conocer que venden y simplemente la información no ha llegado.
Espero hagan algo al respecto, pues es lamentable no saber ni si quiera que venden.

Terrible and pretentious service. They didn't want us to leave our bikes locked in public spaces. Half an hour for a latte. The worst of the worse!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy amables, pero me entregaron ya dos veces tarde y mal mi bicicleta cuando la lleve a servicio. Dejaron los cambios, y los frenos de disco mal ajustados, la bici mal enjuagada de la limpieza y el manubrio chueco. Nada particularmente grave, pero definitivamente para no volver, en especial cuando cobran lo mismo que People 4 Bikes, que es 10x mejor taller. Adicionalmente, les pedi que me mandaran mi recibo y la cotización de una potencia por correo, cosa que nunca hicieron a pesar de que se los pedi dos veces. Muy decepcionante. No pienso darles otra oportunidad.
They are very friendly, but they delivered me already twice late and badly my bike when I take it to service. They left the changes, and the disc brakes improperly adjusted, the badly rinsed cleaning bike and the crooked handle. Nothing particularly serious, but definitely not to return, especially when they charge the same as People 4 Bikes, which is 10x better workshop. Additionally, I asked them to send me my receipt and the quotation of a power by mail, which they never did even though I asked them twice. Very disappointing. I will not give them another chance.

Intenté estacionar mi bici para entrar al café y uno de los que atienden fue más que grosero al decirme que no la podía estacionar en una de las estructuras que tienen para ese propósito. Le dije que iba al café y me dice: es qué tal vez no hay lugar ??♀️… Finalmente me intenté pedir un americano y terminan con “ va tardar cómo 40 minutos”
Creo que es un lugar en el que debes ir con una buena bicicleta y uniforme para que traten bien…. Muy pretencioso.
Terrible place. I tried to park my bike to enter the cafe and one of the attendants was more than rude when he told me that he could not park it in one of the structures that have for that purpose. I told him I was going to the cafe and he told me: maybe there is no place ??♀️… Finally I tried to order an American and they end up with “it will take about 40 minutes”
I think it is a place where you should go with a good bike and a uniform so that they treat well…. Very pretentious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lástima el servicio, buenos componentes. Un mes para decirte que no pueden conseguir un eje que yo conseguí en un día. Y ni una disculpa. Lo que solicité cambio de frenos y cinta en el manubrio no lo realizaron en un mes que tuvieron la bicicleta. Ojalá mejoren porque no son baratos
Pity the service, good components. One month to tell you they can't get a shaft that I got in one day. And not an apology. What I requested to change the brakes and tape on the handlebars, they did not do it in a month that they had the bike. I hope they improve because they are not cheap

Tiene de todo, tiene ropa Aphesis que me encanta ? tiene una cafetería suuuper rica ahí mismo, se llama "la ciclo vía" y tiene unos productos de una marca deli deli que se llama Quenut ???... Ahí mismo tienen un centro de entrenamiento ? es un lugar super completo, muy bonito y atención de primera ?
Alta (muy) altamente recomendado (los 3 lugares jejeje, tienda, cafetería y lugar de entrenamiento)
I love this store ... It has everything, it has Aphesis clothes that I love ? it has a suuuper rich cafeteria right there, it's called "la cycle route" and it has products from a deli deli brand called Quenut ???. .. Right there they have a training center ? it is a super complete place, very beautiful and first class attention ?
High (very) highly recommended (the 3 places hehehe, shop, cafeteria and training place)
