★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tenido una muy mala experiencia con la institución, en diciembre de 2018 culminé los cursos que esta ofrece, sin embargo, hasta hoy día he batallado muchísimo para que me den mi documentación, como mencioné ya son casi dos años y no me han entregado ni la constancia de la institución, mucho menos el de la SEP, cada vez que iba a preguntar me pedían mis datos porque siempre los perdían y ahora con la pandemia en cada llamada realizada es la misma, me vuelven a pedir mis datos porque nunca los tienen a la mano, lo raro es que mientras estuve ahí si eran muy puntuales para enviar información por correo. Otra cuestión es que en una ocasión me dijeron que quizá no había llegado mi documentación por falta de mis fotos y demás datos que me pidieron, al enseñarles el comprobante de que si lleve lo requerido ya no tuvieron más que decir. En fin, seguiré en la espera porque no se ve solución.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando me recomendaron esta escuela, no me imagine que tendría tantos problemas con mi documentación.
Tengo 2 años que salí y hasta ahora es tiempo que aun no se me da mi certificado de termino.
Cada vez que hablo me solicitan mis datos y no tienen seguimiento ni atención y los pierden, así que en cada llamada tengo que volver a darlos.
Además no tienen compromiso, su mismo Director queda de dar seguimiento a la situación y nos dice a varios compañeros y a mi que debemos esperar, pero si ningún argumento.
Y la contestación famosa es "como pasaron varios directores en el plantel, tenemos que volver hablar a corporativo".
De igual manera para mi solicitud de certificado SEP, me hicieron en su tiempo llevar la documentación mas de 3 veces, porque siempre perdían o traspapelaban algún documento.
Para las personas que estén interesadas en entrar, tengan en cuenta su mala organización y perdida documental.
