No me daban fechas de nada, tenía que estar insistiendo por días para que me contestaran un mensaje. Me cobraron un curso para certificarme por petición de la universidad. Lamentablemente, lo tomé y al terminarlo, cuando se supone que ya debo presentar mi examen, no me contestan, solo me dan largas por parte de su encargado, Ian, que me decía que tienen que formar los grupos y que no sería inmediato, cabe mencionar que fue en mi segundo intento de contactar con él por dudas respecto al examen. Me esperé diez días para volver a preguntarle, y como de costumbre, no me contestó. Eso fue el 19 de julio de 2021... Así que, en mi opinión, busquen otro lugar donde tomar sus cursos. Entiendo que hayan muchos estudiantes, y que no puedan atender a todos rápidamente, pero entonces necesitarían conseguir más personal que los ayude a mejorar la calidad de atención de los estudiantes.
