Terrible administration, it is not interested in the well-being of the condominium owners or condominiums, they cannot even solve simple tasks such as changing the lights.

Los estados de cuenta que entregaban siempre tenían una fecha incorrecta al mes que se estaba pagando y por lo tanto se tenía problemas al acreditar los meses que uno paga. El servicio de vigilancia que ellos traía de igual manera malo. No contraten a esta empresa. Realmente no hay una que no robe.
Terrible administration. The account statements that were delivered always had an incorrect date for the month that was being paid and therefore had problems in crediting the months that one pays. The surveillance service they brought was just as bad. Do not hire this company. There really isn't one that doesn't steal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia con esa empresa, en particular con un empleado de nombre Orlando. Se presentan como una empresa muy formal y profesional, pero en los hechos están lejos de otorgar el servicio prometido. Por su mala gestión perdimos la oportunidad de demandar a la constructora por múltiples defectos. Al final los condóminos tuvimos que pagar todas las reparaciones. Además inflan los precios de los servicios otorgados, todos de pésima calidad. Cuando hubo cambio en el comité vigilancia, y quedaron personas comprometidas y honestas, salieron huyendo del condominio.
Terrible experience with that company, particularly with an employee named Orlando. They present themselves as a very formal and professional company, but in fact they are far from providing the promised service. Due to its mismanagement, we lost the opportunity to sue the construction company for multiple defects. In the end, the owners had to pay for all the repairs. They also inflate the prices of the services provided, all of poor quality. When there was a change in the vigilance committee, and there were committed and honest people, they fled the condominium.
