Primero estuve llamando para saber si habia servicio (me urgen los planos que casi nunca pasa en el gremio de la arquitectura) pero nunca hubo respuesta. Segundo fui a la dirección ya que maps indica que esta abierto, simplemente te encuentras con un edificio de departamentos cerrado sin ninguna señalizacion de como contactar a Harry plotter. Tuve que preguntar y nadie sabe nada. Volvi a llamar y nadie contesto. Finalmente mande cotizacion pero puesto que esto urgia termine por buscar otro lugar de ploteo. Para cuando.me contestaron ya habia terminado de imprimir todo lo que necesitaba en otro lugar. La calificacion refleja el mal servicio y la perdida de tiempo que tuve que pasar por ir a este lugar. La cereza del pastel es que si pasas una experiencia como la mia, en lugar de escribir para preguntar que salio mal y recibir retroalimentacion, te echan pleito XD.
Okay. I edit the comment so that the bad rating is understood. First, I was calling to find out if there was a service (the plans that almost never happen in the architecture union urge me) but there was never an answer. Second I went to the address since maps indicates that it is open, you simply find a closed apartment building without any indication of how to contact Harry plotter. I had to ask and nobody knows anything. He called again and no one answered. Finally send a quote but since it is urgent to finish looking for another place to plot. By the time they answered, I had finished printing everything I needed elsewhere. The rating reflects the poor service and waste of time I had to go through to go to this place. The cherry on the cake is that if you go through an experience like mine, instead of writing to ask what went wrong and receive feedback, they sue you XD.
