De ganado nacido y criado en el Cinturón del Maíz, en el medio oeste norteamericano. Con gran sabor y suavidad difícil de igualar. Con las mejores características de solo lo más alto dentro de la escala Prime. Con el más alto grados de calidad en los Estados Unidos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar dentro de Samara Shops en Santa Fé, su locación lo hace ideal para estar en una zona más privada. Los detalles en madera de parota lo hace muy cálido tanto para negocios como para ir en pareja. Tiene una muy buena selección de vinos y la carne es excelente (USDA Prime, Black Onyx y Kobe). El mayor problema es que no suelen abrir la puerta entre semana pues la hostess no espera que llegue gente (aún cuando se reserve). Recomiendo las lonchas de jamón ibérico (de 400 días de maduración) junto con el tomahawk Black Onyx (obviamente para compartir) y el jugo de carne.
 It is a place within Samara Shops in Santa Fé, its location makes it ideal to be in a more private area. The parota wood details make it very warm both for business and for couples. It has a very good selection of wines and the meat is excellent (USDA Prime, Black Onyx, and Kobe). The biggest problem is that they do not usually open the door during the week because the hostess does not expect people to arrive (even when they reserve). I recommend the Iberian ham slices (400 days old) along with the Black Onyx tomahawk (obviously to share) and the meat juice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To me this place is overrated, it’s expensive in comparison of what you get. They charge you for items in other restaurants you have it for free: table of salt. Drinks are not good. Only item worth it it’s black onyx meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to share about the service mind of the staffs. I visited 27th Jan, 2020 for lunch with my wife. Since I has very good impression and get satisfied when I visited Harry's Polanco, I did not hesitate to Harry's Santa Fe.
When I visited there is just one table occupied. I should turn back when I felt the empty atmosphere. The young staff with black vest made a mistake of getting order. My wife ordered salmon sashimi, but she got salmon steak. We gently asked that we got wrong dish. What he did say for it? "Don't you like this dish?" No, you should immediately apology and give us right one. What you missed is you did not confirm order from guest. You did not even write to order note.
After this situation, he was very cold, never care my table even though it is almost empty restaurant. No thanks for tipping, no say good bye. I tried to contact eye to eye to say good bye. But he just avoid my eye contact just 1 meter distance.
I cannot say this is fine dining. Meals are not impressive. Considering the mood, service, meal quality, this is much overpriced.
I just do not hope this happened because I am a Asian, who cannot speak Sanish, but I also doubt how he behaves if I were a Mexican.
