★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad mi experiencia fue decayendo y cuando creía que no me podían sorprender más se superaban en bajar mi experiencia. Lo que más me molestó fue que pedí una bebida y me trajeron otra bebida diciendo que era esa, incluso pregunté porque no tenía galleta y me dijeron que porque ya no había, resultó ser la bebida de otra amiga, terminaron trayendo el umami y queriendo ponérselo a mi amiga en plan voltear los gustos como si ella lo hubiera pedido. Después la mesera ofrece que nos intercambiáramos las bebidas cuando yo ya llevaba más de la mitad tomada, ilógico ofrecer eso, no se hicieron responsables de el error incluso me cobraron ese error que tuvieron y al final a mi amiga jamás le trajeron la bebida que ella había pedido.
 The truth is that my experience was declining and when I thought that they could not surprise me anymore, they surpassed me in lowering my experience. What bothered me the most was that I ordered a drink and they brought me another drink saying it was that one, I even asked why I didn't have a cookie and they told me that because there was no more, it turned out to be another friend's drink, they ended up bringing the umami and wanting to put it on her to my friend in plan to flip the tastes as if she had asked for it. Then the waitress offers that we exchange drinks when I had already drunk more than half, it was illogical to offer that, they were not responsible for the mistake, they even charged me for that mistake they made and in the end they never brought my friend the drink that she had asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es buena pero el servicio muy deficiente. Se tardaron demasiado en servirnos las bebidas al grado que llego primero la comida y después de insistirle a tres meseros por fin nos llevaron una, las otras de plano nunca llegaron. Otras bebidas se equivocaron a la hora de servir. Nos cobraron mal el precio de un platillo y la diferencia si era alta, sin mencionar que los baños no funcionaban y estaban muy sucios.
The food is good but the service is very poor. They took too long to serve us the drinks to the point that the food arrived first and after insisting with three waiters they finally brought us one, the others never arrived. Other drinks were wrong to serve. They wrongly charged us the price of a dish and the difference if it was high, not to mention that the toilets did not work and were very dirty.

Al parecer tenían falta de personal ya que fue muy lento el servicio. La comida nada sorprendente, no había agua en los baños y mi bebida fue servida en vaso de plástico.
It left a lot to be desired.
Apparently they were understaffed as the service was very slow. The food was not surprising, there was no water in the bathrooms and my drink was served in a plastic cup.

The service was a bit slow, but the food was worth the wait. I would like to go back to try more of the menu; I quite liked the atmosphere and design of the restaurant

BUT he pressed 15% instead.
The waiter is very dishonest, I will never go there again, no matter how good the food is.
It’s not about the money but the fraudulent image to me of the Mexican people. So disappointed.

Le dije al mesero, el tipo con anteojos negros, pagaré el 5% de las propinas y también usaré mi dedo para señalar el 5% en la máquina de tarjetas de crédito, PERO presionó 15% en su lugar.
El camarero es muy deshonesto, nunca volveré a ir allí, no importa lo buena que sea la comida.
No se trata del dinero sino de la imagen fraudulenta para mí del pueblo mexicano. Muy decepcionado.
