★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rafael is amazing. We used the daycare services many times while spending a month in Merida. He speaks excellent English (we are visiting from the US) and is always quick to respond to our texts. Our lab mix was always so excited to see Rafael and the care given was exemplary.
On our last day we had the grooming service and our dog has never been so clean. Even after playing for a month in the sea and sand.
We will definitely use Hauzier again next year when we return.
