Havana Bob's is the only licensed importer on Cozumel for Habanos cigars, so you know you're getting the real thing. His prices are inline for Habanos, and there are no pushy sales tactics (he'll even breakdown what he pays in taxes if you ask). The humador and cigar selection is huge and both Bob and Vicky are friendly and knowledgeable. After our purchase, Bob sent us around the corner to his bar the GreenHouse to meet Manual, who makes a mean margarita. We sat and enjoyed a Bob's Blend cigar and chatted with Manuel for the rest of the afternoon. Havana Bob's is our cruise hero, and I highly recommend.
B	Brent Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Havana Bob’s is the only place in Cozumel that I will buy Cubans. Almost 90% of all Cubans sold are fake, probably even worse in Cozumel. Havana Bob’s is legit. In fact, when I was new to Cuban cigars Bob identified $4500 in fake Cubans that I purchased in Jamaica (they were good fakes) and I eventually got my money back from the Visa fraud dept. If Bob’s not there his wife Vickie usually is and she is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Also, Bob is an American from Ft Worth, TX. A few reviews have complained about high prices. In actual fact, they are about normal for “real” Cubans. Plus, Mexico has a steep tax on tobacco that doesn’t help. I’ve spend thousands of dollars on cigars from Bob....you are safe with your purchase with him.

We all throw in, 2 losses and your out and the top 3 spots get a piece of the throw in. Also the best spot for BBQ on the island, maybe in Mexico. Anyway, met Havana Bob and we are chattin and he hands me one of his signature Cigars and I have considerable experience in these matters and I was blown away. I love a creamy mild even burning stick and I am headed back there for more. These are legitimate, environmentally controlled Cuban treasures. Drop whatever you are doing and go see Havana Bob......and catch us playing pool most early evenings upstairs at Tony B’s. Spread Love, not Covid????♥️

I just met Bob today and he's a really cool dude from Texas. Don't buy Cubans from anywhere else all the ones the guys on the beach and roadside shops are fake including Winston's Cigar Bar.

Everything was fine until a so-called customs agent reached out to me through whatsapp requesting I pay an additional $500 for insurance coverage. I asked why was I not told this before and the agent said that the initial fee was $20 and since Havana Bob's didn't pay the fee, I am being penalized $500 because they broke a legal fee by not paying the initial $20. When I asked Havana Bob's why, they stated they weren't aware of this fee which I find hard to believe. Either the Instagram page is fake or Havana Bob's is not a reliable source to by cubam cigars. I've put the message out to all social media accounts to never buy from this place!!!!

Regretfully I was the victim of a local who was trying to divert me to go and buy (presumably fake) cigars from his "source". I was also in a rush to catch the ferry so did not have time to verify his claim your store was closed. Glad to see the proof of life, am hoping I'll have time to visit your store on my next visit to cozumel.

His home rolled ones from Cuban tobacco are just as good and much less expensive. I was there this past Monday on my cruise and couldn't be happier. I will stop again when I'm back on the island. Highly recomend!

I always work to bring a small group of cigar lovers from the ship via social media connections. I will again be in Cozumel over the July 4th and can't wait to fortify my Cuban humidor. Bob is the real deal and a high point of my frequent cruising. Compared to other port cities that have Cuban cigar's, Bob's prices are very reasonable, and his hospitality is top notch.
