Incredible experience at the resort. The rooms are comfortable, with a great king size bed, bathtub with a view and super clean. The food is always excellent, with great variety and different combinations, definitely try the buffet, I already miss their fruits and food options. Get ready to be pampered by the staff as well, as they are all committed to to best service possible. Couldn't be more satisfied!

This is we're you want to be when you plan a quick get away. My wife and I enjoyed our selves from arrival to departure. You can Bank on great service and entertainment, next level food, with none stop cocktails by the beach,or by any pool side. All staff members provided top quality services to suit all our wants and needs . This resort will have chef Ramsay impressed on how clean and detailed everything is. Our time here was we'll enjoyed. Thank you!

So overall the resort itself is amazing. The rooms are great, food was good, atmosphere was awesome. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We loved the shows every night and especially enjoyed the all inclusive food and alcohol. The only downside was.. this place stinks. Like literally. The seaweed was awful. After a couple of days we got used to it but when we first got out of our transport from the airport it slapped us in the face like a rotten fish. People were working every day to clean up the beach but honestly this resort might as well have been 200 miles inland because the beach was useless. We tried to sit in a cabana and listen to the waves but it was quite honestly just ugly. If you’re dreaming of sandy beaches with blue beautiful water, this ain’t for you. But if you’re dreaming of a relaxing adults only time with lots of alcohol and lots of fun to be had with a significant other, this place is great. We had a good time but had I known the beach was so bad here, I would’ve def chose somewhere else as the whole point of flying to Cancun was to lay around on a gorgeous beach.

This place is absolutely beautiful now I would say this place should be a couple's resort resort but even traveling with a group of girls we had a great time. The only thing that I would say is I didn't really get the whole Mexican culture experience when it comes to food. Everything seemed Americanized or most of everything (buffet wise). The one restaurant I did go to (the steakhouse) was so good! The staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is great! If your thinking about going here, Go! Oh and theres a jacuzzi tub on the Balcony so you can relax in the bubbling water while still close to your room if you do not want to be bothered. The drinks are amazing don't worry they will definitely have all the drinks that will satisfy your taste buds they even welcome you with a nice cold hibiscus tea how big is tea. This spot even has 2 separate pools And one has a swim up bar, cafe and exclusive cafe on top of the swim up bar (for certain members only). I will definitely return back to this resort and we'll be bringing my husband because he definitely missed out!

This was an absolutely amazing experience, and if you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend booking. We took a friends trip in December and everyone had a blast. The resort itself is stunning, very clean, has friendly staff, and amazing service. The pools and beaches are gorgeous and the rooms are also incredibly clean. There was a lot to do without things ever feeling overwhelming - a nice combo of activities and relaxation. As a vegan, I would've loved to see more options in the restaurants, but when traveling with dietary restrictions that is just something you factor in on your own. Overall, I give it 5 stars again and again. Olivia had amazing service at the long pool and the daily entertainment was very fun! I would definitely stay here again!

Spent a week at Haven Riviera Cancun and it was great! All staff was very helpful & kind. We tried all of the restaurants & the food was great at each but I definitely wouldn’t recommend if you are a picky eater as the dinner restaurants are more “fine dining” and have mostly eclectic options. Our favorite was the Asian restaurant - a reservation at the hibachi table is a must! The spa is beautiful & we enjoyed a 3 hour couples treatment while we were there. Many fun activities at the resort daily & the entertainment staff was very good at getting people involved. The only negative I had was our room was facing the expansion construction but we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was not a huge deal for us.

Loved my stay at the Haven Riviera. The rooms were modern spacious and everyone working was super kind and helpful. There were mixed reviews about the food from others on the resort but I personally enjoyed it a lot. The main pool has great views and is big enough that it never felt crowded. The only drawback was the large amount of seaweed on the beach front but its more of a Cancun wide problem nowadays. Apart from that definitely a resort I would highly recommend to relax in luxury and comfort.

If there was something Haven could have done to make the experience better, I'd have a hard time thinking of what it could be. Everything from the room, pools, grounds, restaurant, and staff was nearly perfect. I've seen some reviews that suggested the food wasn't up to par. That was most certainly not our experience. The restaurants were incredible. Perhaps the drinks at the bars were a little too sweet but that's stretching to find something negative. Really the entire experience was nearly perfect. I cannot recommend highly enough.
