★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio , fui a cita para mis ajustes en mazaryk, Yahir me dijo que tendrían el traje listo para el día de mi evento 11 am, el traje me lo mandaron a las 2 pm y sin el chaleco, me arrepiento de haber mandado a todos los bestman a hacernos el mismo traje . Llegare casi 5 hrs tarde a la boda de mi mejor amigo por su culpa. Que falta de respeto, seguimiento y atención de su parte . Hay muchas otras opciones de sastre a quienes si les importan sus clientes .
The worst service, I went to an appointment for my adjustments in Mazaryk, Yahir told me that they would have the suit ready for the day of my event at 11 am, the suit was sent to me at 2 pm and without the vest, I regret having sent all the bestman to make us the same suit. I'm almost 5 hours late for my best friend's wedding because of him. What a lack of respect, follow-up and attention on your part. There are many other tailor options who do care about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron un traje y una camisa de otra persona. Sobraba una pulgada en cada hombro. En lugar de rehacer las prendas, parten de las mismas en tallas grandes para hacerle ajustes. Tengo 3 meses y no queda mi traje. Hay detalles en las costuras. Finalmente, me preocupa que mis prendas estén listas para mi evento.
*Actualización: Rehicieron las prendas y añado foto del cuello enorme que le hicieron a la camisa, después de haber tenido cita con el "master tailor". Ya no sé cuánto tiempo me han hecho perder.
**Actualización: A 5 días del deadline, ahora la hicieron super ajustada y se jala del pecho. Pusieron un cuello grande y solo recorrieron el botón para que apriete más. Ya es tarde para un plan B.
They made me a suit and a shirt from someone else. There was an inch to spare on each shoulder. Instead of remaking the garments, they start from them in large sizes to make adjustments. I'm 3 months old and my suit doesn't fit. There are details on the seams. Finally, I am concerned that my garments are ready for my event.
*Update: They remade the garments and I add a photo of the huge collar they made to the shirt, after having an appointment with the "master tailor". I don't know how much time they've made me lose.
**Update: 5 days from the deadline, now they made it super tight and it pulls on the chest. They put a big collar and just went around the button to make it tighter. It's too late for a plan B.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trajes muy padres y las telas de calidad, pero la experiencia es pésima, tienen problemas de logística y pone en riesgo los eventos.
Mande a hacer mi traje 1 año antes para poder tener la tela que me gusto, y 8 meses despues me dicen que ya no existe y se agoto. Posteriormente me toman mis medidas 3 meses antes del evento y me mandan las piezas a diferentes sucursales y a mi casa. Fuí a las medidas mas de 3 veces porque no quedaban y mandaban algunas piezas antes y otras después. Para que me terminaran entrgando justo 1 dia antes de mi boda después de darles tanto seguimiento, ya que en los teléfonos desgraciadamente no dan muy buena atención y les falta mucha comunicación interna.
Realmente si no tienes alguna fecha para tu prenda lo recomiendo, pero la atención y el seguimiento es muy malo en las 2 sucursales que fuí, tanto Masaryk como Perisur.
Por mucho que ofrecen promociones y descuentos por correo, deja mucho que desear la experiencia que tuve. Casi pone en riesgo mi evento al no tener lista mi prenda.
Tengan cuidado con las promesas de entrega y siempre den mucho seguimiento al respecto.
Very cool suits and quality fabrics, but the experience is lousy, they have logistics problems and put the events at risk.
I had my suit made 1 year before to be able to have the fabric that I liked, and 8 months later they told me that it no longer exists and it was sold out. Later, they take my measurements 3 months before the event and they send the pieces to different branches and to my house. I went to the measurements more than 3 times because there weren't any left and they sent some pieces before and others after. So that they ended up delivering me just 1 day before my wedding after giving them so much follow-up, since unfortunately they don't give very good service on the phones and they lack a lot of internal communication.
Really, if you don't have a date for your garment, I recommend it, but the attention and follow-up is very bad in the 2 branches that I went to, both Masaryk and Perisur.
As much as they offer promotions and discounts by mail, the experience I had leaves a lot to be desired. It almost put my event at risk by not having my garment ready.
Be careful with delivery promises and always follow up on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De entrada te atienden de maravilla y piensas que el traje te va a quedar de lujo peeeero cuando te llega, ahí ves que perdiste el dinero, hasta los botones de le caían.
La camisa la hicieron dos veces y las dos mal. Parece camisa de payaso. Terrible!
Suerte con el traje! Me tocó que comprar otro en massimo dutti
From the outset they serve you wonderfully and you think that the suit is going to be luxurious but when it arrives, you see that you lost money, even the buttons fell off.
The shirt was made twice and both times wrong. It looks like a clown shirt. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most other reviews tell it true. The suits themselves are good quality and look great, but the service is absolutely horrible. I almost ended up without a suit for my wedding despite buying it 3 months early (oh yeah, they'll charge you every last penny before you even order the suit so they have no interest in good service after).
Delay after delay, lie after lie when it comes to delivery. I had to chase them around trying to get updates, information, etc.
There are plenty of great ways and places to get formal attire from. I highly suggest you avoid the extra stress this place is going to give you for your events and look elsewhere.
