Solicité un traje el 13 de noviembre, quedaron de entregármelo el 14 de diciembre y no fue así, me hicieron la cita de prueba hasta la última semana de diciembre. El traje no estaba ni cerca de ajustarme perfecto, me quedaba gigante, tuvieron el descaro de pedirme 15 días hábiles más para entregarme "ajustes". Al final solicité devolución, primero directamente con ellos y me contestaron que tenía que "esperar" hasta que terminaran, porque no había devoluciones. Les dije que ya no necesitaba el traje, pero me dijeron: "úsalo en otra ocasión y guardalo". Al final fui directo a Liverpool y ellos me devolvieron el dinero. Ahorrense un disgusto y busquen otra sastrería
One of the worst shopping experiences. I requested a suit on November 13, they agreed to deliver it to me on December 14 and it was not like that, they made me the test appointment until the last week of December. The suit was not even close to a perfect fit, it was too big for me, they had the nerve to ask me for 15 more business days to give me "adjustments". In the end I requested a refund, first directly with them and they told me that I had to "wait" until they finished, because there were no refunds. I told them I didn't need the suit anymore, but they said, "wear it another time and put it away." In the end I went straight to Liverpool and they gave me my money back. Save yourself an upset and find another tailor shop

El traje de mi esposo se lo prometieron en una fecha, cancelaron la cita una hora antes, le volvieron a agendar y tampoco lo tuvieron listo, hasta una tercera fecha lo tuvieron y con los botones mal colocados.
El traje de mi papá igual agendaron cita y cancelaron una hora antes, volvieron a agendar cita y lo tuvieron mal, fruncido de la espalda, tuvieron que arreglarlo y no quedó perfecto.
La chica de servicio al cliente es una inepta que no da seguimiento, tuvimos que comunicarnos con su jefe para lograr alguna respuesta. Cero recomendable!
Terrible service! we had 2 suits made and we had a lot of problems.
My husband's suit was promised on a date, they canceled the appointment an hour before, they rescheduled him and they didn't have it ready either, until a third date they had it and with the buttons wrongly placed.

The customer service girl is inept and does not follow up, we had to contact her boss to get an answer. Zero recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trajes muy padres y las telas de calidad, pero la experiencia es pésima, tienen problemas de logística y pone en riesgo los eventos.
Mande a hacer mi traje 1 año antes para poder tener la tela que me gusto, y 8 meses despues me dicen que ya no existe y se agoto. Posteriormente me toman mis medidas 3 meses antes del evento y me mandan las piezas a diferentes sucursales y a mi casa. Fuí a las medidas mas de 3 veces porque no quedaban y mandaban algunas piezas antes y otras después. Para que me terminaran entrgando justo 1 dia antes de mi boda después de darles tanto seguimiento, ya que en los teléfonos desgraciadamente no dan muy buena atención y les falta mucha comunicación interna.
Realmente si no tienes alguna fecha para tu prenda lo recomiendo, pero la atención y el seguimiento es muy malo en las 2 sucursales que fuí, tanto Masaryk como Perisur.
Por mucho que ofrecen promociones y descuentos por correo, deja mucho que desear la experiencia que tuve. Casi pone en riesgo mi evento al no tener lista mi prenda.
Tengan cuidado con las promesas de entrega y siempre den mucho seguimiento al respecto.
Very cool suits and quality fabrics, but the experience is lousy, they have logistics problems and put the events at risk.
I had my suit made 1 year before to be able to have the fabric that I liked, and 8 months later they told me that it no longer exists and it was sold out. Later, they take my measurements 3 months before the event and they send the pieces to different branches and to my house. I went to the measurements more than 3 times because there weren't any left and they sent some pieces before and others after. So that they ended up delivering me just 1 day before my wedding after giving them so much follow-up, since unfortunately they don't give very good service on the phones and they lack a lot of internal communication.
Really, if you don't have a date for your garment, I recommend it, but the attention and follow-up is very bad in the 2 branches that I went to, both Masaryk and Perisur.
As much as they offer promotions and discounts by mail, the experience I had leaves a lot to be desired. It almost put my event at risk by not having my garment ready.
Be careful with delivery promises and always follow up on them.

La camisa la hicieron dos veces y las dos mal. Parece camisa de payaso. Terrible!
Suerte con el traje! Me tocó que comprar otro en massimo dutti
From the outset they serve you wonderfully and you think that the suit is going to be luxurious but when it arrives, you see that you lost the money, even the buttons fell off.
The shirt was made twice and both times wrong. It looks like a clown shirt. Terrible!
