Los que atienden en la sucursales no saben tomar medidas por lo que ha habido 4 pruebas y no quedan. No lo recomendamos nada a menos que quieras que te salga muy caro, calidad media y quieras que tarden mas de 2 meses en entregarlo
We placed an order on September 7 in Santa Fe and go 9 weeks and to date they have not been left. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia en Havoc fue terrible. Compré un traje para mi boda con 11 meses de anticipación con el plus de que sería a “mi medida”. Me pidieron volver dos meses antes de la boda para tomarme las medidas “correctamente” por si había cambios en mi cuerpo, lo cual entendí.
Después de tomarme las medidas, recibí el traje un mes antes del evento, sin embargo, para nada de mi talla, ni el saco, ni la camisa, ni el pantalón me quedaron. Se enviaron todas las prendas a ajustes diciéndome que era ya muy poco tiempo, cuando yo asistí puntualmente a cada cita.
Finalmente, me entregaron las prendas justo el día de mi boda, por la mañana. Aun así el pantalón no fue de mi medida. En resumen, tuve que ir 5 veces a la tienda, me atendieron 4 personas diferentes, me tomaron medidas tres veces, y aun así me entregaron las prendas tarde y sin que fueran de mi talla.
My experience at Havoc was terrible. I bought a suit for my wedding 11 months in advance with the plus that it would be “my measure”. They asked me to come back two months before the wedding to take my measurements "correctly" in case there were changes in my body, which I understood.
After taking my measurements, I received the suit a month before the event, however, for nothing of my size, neither the jacket, nor the shirt, nor the pants fit me. All the garments were sent to adjustments, telling me that it was already very little time, when I punctually attended each appointment.
Finally, the garments were delivered to me just on my wedding day, in the morning. Even so, the pants were not my size. In short, I had to go to the store 5 times, 4 different people attended me, they took my measurements three times, and even so they delivered my clothes late and not my size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te arriesgues, date tiempo para buscar sastres o talleres de confianza. Aunque hice mi pedido con suficiente tiempo para que estuviera listo para mi boda,
- Tuve que regresar varias veces a la sucursal y estar insistiendo por WhatsApp para que me confirmaran que las telas que elegí estaban disponibles
- Su sistema de seguimiento en línea no sirve para monitorear avance ni asegurarte de que van a confeccionar tu ropa correctamente (su pagina siempre decía que “no habían empezado” mis piezas, el forro de mi Jaquette llegó de otro color, mi chaleco llegó demasiado ancho)
- Te entregan la ropa arrugadísima, no tienen suficiente espacio para guardarla.
Lo único decente es su selección de telas. Si pudiera regresar en el tiempo no les confiaría mi traje de novio.
Update: Tengo que reconocer que el equipo de servicio a clientes es de primera. Me contactaron para ofrecerme una camisa gratis e investigar en qué momento todo salió mal.
Don't take risks, give yourself time to look for trustworthy tailors or workshops. Although I placed my order early enough for it to be ready for my wedding,
- I had to return several times to the branch and keep insisting on WhatsApp for them to confirm that the fabrics I chose were available
- Their online tracking system does not serve to monitor progress or ensure that they are going to make your clothes correctly (their page always said that they "had not started" my pieces, the lining of my Jaquette arrived in another color, my vest arrived too width)
- They give you very wrinkled clothes, they don't have enough space to store them.
The only decent thing is their selection of fabrics. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't trust them with my wedding suit.
Update: I have to admit that the customer service team is top notch. They contacted me to offer me a free shirt and to investigate when it all went wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trajes muy padres y las telas de calidad, pero la experiencia es pésima, tienen problemas de logística y pone en riesgo los eventos.
Mande a hacer mi traje 1 año antes para poder tener la tela que me gusto, y 8 meses despues me dicen que ya no existe y se agoto. Posteriormente me toman mis medidas 3 meses antes del evento y me mandan las piezas a diferentes sucursales y a mi casa. Fuí a las medidas mas de 3 veces porque no quedaban y mandaban algunas piezas antes y otras después. Para que me terminaran entrgando justo 1 dia antes de mi boda después de darles tanto seguimiento, ya que en los teléfonos desgraciadamente no dan muy buena atención y les falta mucha comunicación interna.
Realmente si no tienes alguna fecha para tu prenda lo recomiendo, pero la atención y el seguimiento es muy malo en las 2 sucursales que fuí, tanto Masaryk como Perisur.
Por mucho que ofrecen promociones y descuentos por correo, deja mucho que desear la experiencia que tuve. Casi pone en riesgo mi evento al no tener lista mi prenda.
Tengan cuidado con las promesas de entrega y siempre den mucho seguimiento al respecto.
Very cool suits and quality fabrics, but the experience is lousy, they have logistics problems and put the events at risk.
I had my suit made 1 year before to be able to have the fabric that I liked, and 8 months later they told me that it no longer exists and it was sold out. Later, they take my measurements 3 months before the event and they send the pieces to different branches and to my house. I went to the measurements more than 3 times because there weren't any left and they sent some pieces before and others after. So that they ended up delivering me just 1 day before my wedding after giving them so much follow-up, since unfortunately they don't give very good service on the phones and they lack a lot of internal communication.
Really, if you don't have a date for your garment, I recommend it, but the attention and follow-up is very bad in the 2 branches that I went to, both Masaryk and Perisur.
As much as they offer promotions and discounts by mail, the experience I had leaves a lot to be desired. It almost put my event at risk by not having my garment ready.
Be careful with delivery promises and always follow up on them.

La camisa la hicieron dos veces y las dos mal. Parece camisa de payaso. Terrible!
Suerte con el traje! Me tocó que comprar otro en massimo dutty
From the outset they serve you wonderfully and you think that the suit is going to be luxurious but when it arrives, you see that you lost the money, even the buttons fell off.
The shirt was made twice and both times wrong. It looks like a clown shirt. Terrible!
