★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO VAYAN! Tengan cuidado ahí. Pésimo nivel de servicio y en extremo deficientes. Llevé una lap perfecta ppa que le pusieran más ram y un SSD. Me cobraron una reparación de display que no necesitaba y la devolvieron muy lastimada! Con golpes y mordidas por todos lados! La tuvieron casi dos meses porque no podían reparar los daños que le hicieron y la entregaron peor de como la lleve, habiéndo pagado más de 4 mil pesos. Esto es un asunto para la PROFECO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una laptop de segunda mano que acababa de conseguir para que me hicieran limpieza del equipo, me instalaran windows, paquetes de office e instalacion de algunos drivers. SE TARDARON MAS DE 6 HRS entiendo que hay mas equipos en cola pero 6 HORAS????? me llamaron cuando segun la tenian lista pero no, estando ahi de nuevo otro chico me checo la computadora y ni siquiera me la habian formateado, la deje de nuevo y volvi al siguiente dia por ella, ME QUERIAN COBRAR DOBLE SERVICIO, 1 por haberme activado windows e instalado paqueetes y 2 por formatear la computadora para volver a hacer el trabajo 1
NO HAY BUENA COMUNICACION ENTRE EL PERSONAL
ALGUNOS EMPLEADOS NI SI QUIERA SABEN DE INFORMATICA
MALISIMA ATENCION POR PARTE DE UNA CHICA NUEVA EN PARTICULAR
PESIMO SERVICIO, ES CARO, SON INFORMALES Y CERO PROFESIONALES

They called me when they had it ready but no, being there again another boy checked my computer and they had not even formatted it, I left it again and came back the next day for it, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME DOUBLE SERVICE, 1 for having activated me windows and installed packages and 2 by formatting the computer to get the job back 1
THERE IS NO GOOD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE STAFF
SOME EMPLOYEES OR IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT INFORMATICS
VERY POOR ATTENTION FROM A NEW GIRL IN PARTICULAR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio PÉSIMO!!!!. Llevé dos iPad funcionando perfectamente a cambiar la pantalla. Después de varias semanas de estar insistiendo me las regresaron inoperantes argumentando que ya venían defectuosas. Al final, no se hicieron responsables.
