★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel está muy lindo, lejos de la ciudad e ideal para descansar. Las recámaras están bien decoradas, estilo cabaña semi moderna, el baño es amplio y las camas son cómodas. El jardín es precioso, muy agradable y bien cuidado. El área de la alberca así como las mesas al aire libre están muy agradables.
Le doy una estrella por lo siguiente: el servicio es terrible. De nada sirve tener un lugar tan espectacular si el servicio no está a la altura. Reservamos con tiempo y se le avisó al gerente que la hora de llegada sería muy noche. Pues al momento de llegar el hotel, éste estaba cerrado y no había nadie para recibirnos ni había iluminación. Tuvimos que marcar para que nos hicieran el favor de abrirnos.
Para llegar fue muy complicado, la dirección que tienen en sus redes sociales y en su página no coinciden con la realidad. Si eres nuevo en la zona, lo más seguro es que te pierdas. El gerente tampoco proporciona información de cómo llegar.
La habitación estaba helada y no habían cobijas extras en el clóset, tampoco estuvo el personal al pendiente de nuestras necesidades.
Se les pidió hacer la limpieza de la habitación y no la hicieron.
En general muy malo el servicio, nadie está al pendiente y tardan mucho en atenderte. NO lo recomiendo por estas razones. Una lástima pues el lugar es muy bonito. Decepcionante en conclusión.
The hotel is very nice, far from the city and ideal to rest. The bedrooms are well decorated, semi modern cabin style, the bathroom is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The garden is beautiful, very pleasant and well cared for. The pool area as well as the outdoor tables are very nice.
I give it a star for the following: the service is terrible. It is useless to have such a spectacular place if the service is not up to par. We booked early and the manager was advised that arrival time would be late at night. Well, when we got to the hotel, it was closed and there was no one to greet us and there was no lighting. We had to mark so that they would do us a favor to open up.
Getting there was very complicated, the address they have on their social networks and on their page do not match reality. If you are new to the area, you will most likely get lost. The manager also does not provide information on how to get there.
The room was freezing and there were no extra blankets in the closet, nor was the staff attentive to our needs.
They were asked to clean the room and they didn't.
In general, the service is very bad, nobody is paying attention and they take a long time to assist you. I do NOT recommend it for these reasons. A pity because the place is very beautiful. Disappointing in conclusion.
