Y el payaso de su ajustador para todo haciéndose el gracioso , pero eso no es lo importante llegamos a un acuerdo y ni siquiera responden los mensajes menos pagarán ....lo bueno q no son mi seguro y el pago era casi simbólico fuera perdida total se van del planeta , dan asco
I put a star to comment but not even that deserve ..... I crash a car and it is insured with them. And the adjuster's clown for everything pretending to be funny, but that's not the important thing, we reached an agreement and they didn't even respond to the messages, the less they will pay ... the good thing is that they are not my insurance and the payment was almost symbolic, it was total loss they leave the planet, they are disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pongo 1 Estrella por que no se puede menos, pésimo servicio, trámites largos, poca atención al cliente y muy mala organización, mi vehículo lleva desde enero del año en curso y su respuesta fue: “podemos darte efectivo para que tu compres y repares tu vehículo” sin contar que el efectivo que me daban no alcanzaba ni para la mitad de las piezas. *NO LOS RECOMIENDO*
I put 1 Star because it cannot be less, terrible service, long procedures, little customer service and very poor organization, my vehicle has been in service since January of the current year and their response was: "we can give you cash so that you can buy and repair your vehicle” without counting that the cash they gave me was not even enough for half of the parts. *I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM*
