★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para que me diera el coche sustituto me piden un deposito de 4 mil. Según ellos lo devuelven en 1 Semana..han pasado 3 y sigo esperando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Cierran de 2 a 4, sólo ventas, no ayudan para nada. El peor seguro que he tenido. NO lo uses, lo barato sale caro. Usan talleres de tercera y son muchos trámites para que te acepten el siniestro.
Terrible service. They close from 2 to 4, only sales, they do not help at all. The worst insurance I have ever had. DO NOT use it, cheap is expensive. They use third-party workshops and there are many procedures for them to accept the claim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, es la segunda vez que tengo contacto con ellos y describo a continuación lo que pasó en ambas:
1. Tardaron 3 semanas en mandarme un numero de referencia para hacer el pago del deducible de un cristal, terminé por ponérselo yo mismo ya que no podía seguir con el auto sin cristal. Espero que no lo hagan a propósito para que termines haciendo lo que hice y cubrirlo yo. Desde la línea de HDI te comunican a esta sucursal de Querétaro y el servicio es pésimo.
2. JAMÁS me ha llegado la carátula de la póliza, y mismo tema, te comunican con la oficina de Querétaro, no contestan la llamada y cuando por fin te comunicas, te dicen que te van a atender llamándote y pasan 2 días y nada. Vuelve a pasar lo mismo, es como si no tuvieras seguro.
NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO
Terrible service, it is the second time that I have contacted them and I describe below what happened in both:
1. It took them 3 weeks to send me a reference number to pay the deductible for a glass, I ended up putting it myself since I couldn't continue with the car without glass. I hope they don't do it on purpose so you end up doing what I did and I cover it up. From the HDI line they connect you to this branch in Querétaro and the service is lousy.
2. I have NEVER received the cover of the policy, and the same issue, they communicate with the Querétaro office, they do not answer the call and when you finally communicate, they tell you that they will answer you by calling you and 2 days go by and nothing. The same thing happens again, it's as if you didn't have insurance.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
