Mi siniestro fue en marzo, me pude llevar la unidad porque podía circular, la ingresé para reparación cuando tuvieron las piezas hasta el 16 de mayo, el 10 de junio me avisaron que estaba lista. Al revisarla encontramos que la pintura esta chorreada y la puerta de atrás descuadrada. Por supuesto que no la aceptamos, se quedó nuevamente. Una semana después nos la entregaron pero quedó igual de descuadra y la pintura mal pulida pésimo trabajo. Desgraciadamente no podemos hacer nada ya que el seguro no da otras opciones para poder escoger.
 Bad service. My claim was in March, I was able to take the unit because it could circulate, I brought it in for repair when they had the parts until May 16, on June 10 they told me that it was ready. Upon reviewing it, we found that the paint is dripped and the back door is out of square. Of course we do not accept it, it stayed again. A week later they gave it to us but it was just as out of square and the paint was poorly polished, a terrible job. Unfortunately we cannot do anything since the insurance does not give other options to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya pasaron los dias que tenia que esperar para el pago de daños, y a un no se comunican, llame atención a clientes, iban a levantar un reporte se seguimieto. Pero aun sigo esperando.

Tienen un estacionamiento muy pequeño

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en el taller es terrible, rompen piezas que no se encontraban rotas, pierden soportes de parrilla, hacen mal el trabajo de pintura y encuadre, además de todo el tiempo de entrega es excesivo en un impacto pequeño. Dan largas al cliente, no cumplen con el estándar de operaciones de inicio de trabajo y mucho menos entrega del mismo
The service in the shop is terrible, they break parts that weren't broken, they lose grill supports, they do the painting and framing work poorly, plus all the delivery time is excessive in a small impact. They delay the client, they do not comply with the standard of work start operations and much less delivery of the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del asco, si a ellos les Corresponde pagar el daño, llevamos más de 2 meses en seguimiento de un pago de daños a nuestro vh. Llamas a call center te dicen en que estatus va y los comentarios que an puesto los de seguimiento y ellos mismos te indican así desde ese día no le dan seguimiento, permitame checarlo en 24 hrs le darán seguimiento y así hasta que vuelves a llamar y vuelves a llamar y siempre te dicen lo MISMO. 1 semana desde mi última llamada y sigo En espera aun de que alguien me contacte. Dejo datos por si mínimo por este medio nos contactan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deplorable, no te dan seguimiento si a ellos le toca cubrir el gasto.
Un pésimo servicio me la pasé llaman por más de 2 semana y siempre me decían que dentro de 24hrs. darían seguimiento y nada.
Uno de los peores seguros que se pueden contratar.
Deplorable, they do not follow up if they have to cover the expense.
A lousy service I spent calling for more than 2 weeks and they always told me that within 24 hours. They would follow up and nothing.
One of the worst insurances that can be contracted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando te reciben el vehículo son muy rápidos y eficientes pero una vez que vas a entregar papelería o que le llamas por teléfono pueden pasar hasta 25 llamadas y no te contestan La verdad estoy muy decepcionado ya que a pesar de que la atención en persona fue muy buena por motivos de distancia no puedo comunicarme con ellos y cesta agotando el tiempo para que puedan pagar mi daño por favor ayuda quién me puede apoyar no puede ser que una expresa tan prestigiosa tenga tan pésimo servicio en atención a clientes vía telefónica quedo a sus órdenes.
When they receive the vehicle they are very fast and efficient but once you go to deliver paperwork or call them on the phone they can spend up to 25 calls and they do not answer you The truth is I am very disappointed because despite the fact that the attention in person was very good for distance reasons I can't communicate with them and basket running out of time so they can pay my damage please help who can support me it can't be that such a prestigious express has such lousy customer service by phone I remain at your service .
