★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metí mi auto y me mintieron desde el ajustador diciendo que era 0 deducible y al entregarlo Querían cobrarme el deducible, la reparación mal hecha y tardaron 2 meses en entregarlo!! Pésimo eviten pésima experiencia
I put my car in and the adjuster lied to me saying that it was 0 deductible and when I delivered it they wanted to charge me the deductible, the repair was poorly done and it took them 2 months to deliver it!! Terrible avoid terrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LLevo más de dos semanas buscando que me respondan por teléfono, mesaje telefónico y por correo y no se comunican conmigo, no me regresan la llamada y mucho menos contestan mis mensajes de whatsapp. ¿De verdad les cuesta tanto trabajo responder y dar la atención que uno espera como su cliente? Que me digan por lo menos a qué otra parte puedo ir para no continuar esperándolos.
I have spent more than two weeks looking for them to answer me by phone, phone message and by mail and they do not communicate with me, they do not call me back, much less answer my whatsapp messages. Is it really so hard for them to respond and give the attention that one expects as their client? At least tell me where else I can go so I don't keep waiting for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan un trato nefasto, la atención telefónica es pésima....nunca dan solución, mi vehículo lleva 1 mes 9 días en el taller, el mismo tiempo que llevo comunicándome por teléfono, me habían dicho que ya estaban las piezas al 100% y ahora resulta que una pieza no era desde el 5 de mayo dijeron que lo pasarían a pintura y que en tres días quedaba y mi auto sigue sin salir ...la persona encargada de darle seguimiento a mi siniestro nunca contesta definitivamente me cambiare de aseguradora no sin antes levantar una queja ante CONDUSEF.
They give a disastrous treatment, the telephone service is terrible .... they never give a solution, my vehicle has been in the workshop for 1 month 9 days, the same time that I have been communicating by phone, they had told me that the parts were already 100% and Now it turns out that a part had not been since May 5, they said that they would paint it and that in three days it would be left and my car still hasn't come out...the person in charge of following up on my claim never answers, I will definitely change my insurer no without first filing a complaint with CONDUSEF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atencion la atencion a los clientes, tengo dos meses mi auto para instalar los espejos que fue furtado, pero no tengo respuesta de sr. Luis que se diz gerente, no contesta las llamadas y siempre hay escusas cuando visitamos el taller, no recomendo HDI. Lo peor que tenemos en Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO NO LLEVEN SU AUTO!! Lamentablemente tuve que llevar mi auto a este lugar y Perdieron la llave de mi Auto !!!!! Pedí hablar con el “gerente “ de nombre Luis Serafin un tipo poco capacitado que me dio una explicación nefasta llevo un mes que me resuelven este problema y nada !!!!! Como se si no harán algo más adelante con la pérdida de mi llave. Y Nunca contestan en sus teléfonos ni te dan seguimiento !!! Muy pero muy pésimo servicio de HDI llevo hablando diario y no me dan solución !!!
AWFUL SERVICE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR!! Unfortunately I had to take my car to this place and they lost my car key!!!!! I asked to speak with the "manager" named Luis Serafin, a poorly trained guy who gave me a disastrous explanation, I have been solving this problem for a month and nothing !!!!! Very, very lousy HDI service I've been talking about daily and they don't give me a solution !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El único trabajador que tiene buena actitud y es amable, es el sr de seguridad privada que está a la entrada. El resto de las empleadas son déspotas, malencaradas y nada amables. Se nota que no les gusta su trabajo. Muy mala atención al cliente. Pésima aseguradora.
The only worker who has a good attitude and is friendly is the private security man who is at the entrance. The rest of the employees are despots, grumpy and not friendly at all. You can tell they don't like their job. Very bad customer service. Terrible insurer.
