★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es complicado que te tomen las llamadas ya que siempre te manda a el buzón cuando tienes suerte de que te contesten si son amables pero te traen como si fuera dependencia de gobierno te comunican con otras extensiones hasta que por fin te atienden la persona que requieres
It is difficult for them to take your calls since they always send you to the mailbox when you are lucky to be answered if they are friendly but they bring you as if it were a government agency they communicate with other extensions until the person you require finally attends to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención telefónica, tuve un siniestro con uno de sus asegurados y ya van 4 meses que no recibo seguimiento y por ende no recibo el pago correspondiente; por vía telefónica solo dejan en espera, me han dejado hasta 40 minutos en espera, que falta de respeto y profesionalismo.
Terrible telephone service, I had a claim with one of their policyholders and it's been 4 months since I received follow-up and therefore I don't receive the corresponding payment; by telephone they only leave me on hold, they have left me on hold for up to 40 minutes, what a lack of respect and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA ASEGURADORA busquen otra… mi auto tiene más de un mes en el taller y HDI no envía las piezas para la reparación, no dan seguimiento. Si buscan buena atención busquen otra aseguradora.
AWFUL INSURANCE COMPANY look for another… my car has been in the shop for more than a month and HDI does not send the parts for repair, they do not follow up. If you are looking for good care, look for another insurer.
