Terrible, I spoke on the phone, they took my information and they never spoke to me, this was twice in a row.

Llevo 6 meses y no resuelven nada, cada vez que hablo siempre preguntan lo mismo, no llevan bitácora de los siniestros, etc etc etc...
Mucha ineficiencia; si pueden nunca compren seguros, en verdad valórenlo por que es terrible.
Terrible attention and ineptitude of employees!
I have been 6 months and they do not solve anything, every time I speak they always ask the same thing, they do not keep a log of the claims, etc etc etc ...
Much inefficiency; If you can never buy insurance, really rate it because it is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El PEOR servicio que he recibido en mi vida, no es malo, es PÉSIMO, DEPLORABLE. Parece una burla, gente cero capacitada, tardan horas en llegar al siniestro, cero ganas de resolver las cosas, personal poco preparado. Respecto a comunicarse con alguien para atender quejas NADA, solo te responden por redes sociales que se encargarán de resolver la situación pero jamás te dan una solución.
Los talleres a los que llevan tu auto en caso de siniestro están TERRIBLEMENTE MAL CALIFICADOS (Me tocó Eurotech), desafortunadamente no me entere de esto antes de contratar un seguro con ellos.
Llevo 2 meses y medio sin auto y no me han podido solucionar nada, me regresaron mi auto del taller con más fallas y con piezas descompuestas que ahora entre el taller y la aseguradora se están lavando las manos. IMPOSIBLE comunicarse con un gerente o alguna persona capaz.
Ahora tendré que perder más tiempo entre CONDUSEF y PROFECO para poder encontrar una solución, no es posible que empresas como esta sigan funcionando.
Por favor no se arriesguen, conozcan bien la aseguradora que contratarán antes de que les hagan pasar un mal rato, perder su dinero y burlarse de ustedes. (Además de dañar su automovil)
The WORST service that I have received in my life, is not bad, it is LOUD, DEPLORABLE. It seems like a mockery, zero trained people, it takes hours to get to the accident, zero desire to solve things, poorly trained staff. Regarding communicating with someone to answer ANY complaints, they only answer you through social networks that will be in charge of solving the situation but never give you a solution.
The workshops to which they take your car in case of accident are TERRIBLY EVIL QUALIFIED (Eurotech touched me), unfortunately I did not find out about this before taking out insurance with them.
I have been without a car for 2 and a half months and they have not been able to solve anything, my car returned from the workshop with more failures and broken parts that are now washing their hands between the workshop and the insurer. IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with a manager or someone capable.
Now I will have to waste more time between CONDUSEF and PROFECO to find a solution, it is not possible for companies like this to continue working.
Please do not take the risk, know the insurance company you will hire before you have a bad time, lose your money and make fun of you. (In addition to damaging your car)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimol servicio el ajustador el abogado se le pregunta algo y no sabe que es cosa del ajustador y le preguntas al justador se tiran la bolita y ellos que el cliente haga los trámites el cliente es 1ro tenga o no la razón

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono yevo 2 días intentando contactarlos para q me puedan pagar el daño de mi veiculo y todo el día marca ocupado y el buzón deja una leyenda q el usuario del teléfono tiene blokiado el acceso a yamadas entrantes
