Muy mal servicio. No contestan las llamadas, me comentan que ya puedo recoger la camioneta al taller al que fue asignado. Una ves que me presento me comentan que no me la pueden entregar porque el seguro no ah dado la orden. Me traen a pura vuelta. Y antes de esto me comentaban que traian una pieza perdida y un total caos. Es fecha que aun no me entregan la camioneta

Muy muy mala aseguradora, nunca contesta n, tardan semanas en definir, su taller es malísimo, de lo más malito en aseguradoras.

Pésimooooooo servicio ya son 10 dias de mi accidente y tienen secuestrada mi camioneta en las grúas ,por que HDI no les paga y yo pagué mi seguro en tiempo y forma y me usan de rehén en un problema administrativo que yo no tengo nada que ver ???? no lo recomiendo para nada, no vuelvo a renovar con HDI y siempre voy a dar malas referencias debido a esta experiencia

Me pagaron, después de mucho llamar y enviar papeles por correo electrónico, tuve que llevarlos en persona y se quedaron con mis papeles originales, el señor vigilante es muy amable, eficiente y servicial, Saraí López es fría y parte del mecanismo de engaño que son todas las aseguradoras, en mi opinión son negocios que ganan con el miedo e inseguridad de las personas. Creo que los seres humanos deben celebrar y aceptar la muerte como parte indispensable y necesaria para que evolucionemos como especie en este planeta y aprendamos a beneficiar a las demás especies que habitan este planeta, las abejas dan miel, los árboles dan frutos y nosotros ofrecemos basura y muerte

Pésimo servicio, no se responsabilizan de sus asegurados, fui parte afectada y no repararon mi coche, te mandan a su taller que es igual o peor en todos los aspectos; te dan mala información y además te hacen esperar demasiado, constantemente tienes que llamar para que le den seguimiento a tu caso y siempre te dejan esperando o que vuelvas a llamar; además de su ajustador que era nefasto y prepotente... no recomiendo en absoluto esta aseguradora.
