★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás contraten con esta empresa, tienen un pésimo servicio y los de atención a clientes son unos groseros. Intente hablar con el supervisor durante días y solo me daban largas, además de que fueron muy altaneros y retadores conmigo, que mal que siendo una empresa de servicio se comporten de esta manera. Los ajustadores hacen su resoluciones solo a beneficio de la empresa, jamás procuran el beneficio de sus clientes. Pondré mi denuncia en la CONDUCEF, ojalá que que si a alguien le pasó lo mismo lo haga porque no se vale que tiremos nuestro dinero a la basura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima la pseudo atención de Gregorio, quien al final no tomaba mis llamadas, no abría mis mensajes por WhatsApp, quien decía que me regresaría la llamada y no lo hacía, quien no me mando mi ficha para pagar y quien no me notificó porqué no se le hicieron trabajos de hojalatería y pintura a mi auto. Más de dos semanas en el taller para cambiar el medallón, el cual llegó un día antes de que me lo entregaran. Espero una respuesta por parte de ustedes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos atienden mal y pésima la actitud de toda la gente en general, siempre quedan mal, nunca cumplen, las señoritas que atienden te hablan muy mal, pareciera que uno les está pidiendo el favor cuando es su trabajo y aparte de eso no reconocen sus errores, deberían de tener claro la parte que gracias a los que aseguramos nuestros autos en esa empresa ellas ganan su sueldo integró, yo no recomiendo HDI seguros por unas personas como las que atienden estas oficinas, por unas personas como ellas no Recomiendo aseguren su auto en esa compañía de seguros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan las líneas telefónicas, tardan muchísimo en pagar los daños, llevo 1 mes y no obtengo respuesta ni por correo electrónico hay una atención.
