En el momento difícil, (por experiencia propia) nadie te responde para brindarte el servicio que necesitas y que ya pagaste con anticipación. El ajustador, el abogado, la persona que recibe la llamada de tu siniestro te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. La realidad es un servicio que te deben de brindar porque uno es el cliente. Unfortunately their service is very poor. For your own good, do not contract with this insurer ... In the difficult moment, (from my own experience) no one responds to provide you with the service you need and that you already paid in advance. The adjuster, the attorney, the person who receives the call of your claim treat you as if they are doing you a favor. Reality is a service that they must provide you because you are the customer.

Hay una jardinera enorme que está demás porque nisiquiera se puede estacionar. Robo de llanta de refacción y tapetes. j	jose armando rivera gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El seguro si te cubre si tienes un siniestro solo que a la hora que llegue el ajustador te tienes que poner muy abusado para que apunte todas tus piezas dañadas y te las puedas reparar o cambiar dado sea el caso. Lo que a mi me pasó es que en mi siniestro mi llanta se daño por lo que en la agencia donde se llevó a reparar mi auto no incluyeron el cambio de neumático dañado por que el ajustador no lo anoto en la hoja del siniestro. Así que si de algo les sirve mi opinión abusados !!! The insurance does cover you if you have a claim, only when the adjuster arrives you have to get very abused to point out all your damaged parts and you can repair or change them as the case may be. What happened to me is that in my accident my tire was damaged, so the agency where my car was repaired did not include the change of the damaged tire because the adjuster did not write it down on the claim sheet.
