★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención telefónica, tuve un siniestro con uno de sus asegurados y ya van 4 meses que no recibo seguimiento, por vía telefónica solo dejan en espera, me han dejado hasta 40 minutos en espera, que falta de profesionalismo y seriedad.
Terrible telephone service, I had a claim with one of their policyholders and it's been 4 months since I received follow-up, by telephone they only put me on hold, they have left me on hold for up to 40 minutes, what a lack of professionalism and seriousness.
