★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEFASTO SERVICIO desde la llamada para reportar. Me dejaron 3 horas sin respuesta y no es la primera vez. Reporte el siniestro 4 veces y no me sabían dar respuesta del tiempo de llegada del auxilio vial. Lo resolví en 5 minutos por mi propia cuenta. UNA COMPLETA ESTAFA DE COMPAÑÍA. Nada recomendado. En un momento en que no quieres lidiar con más estrés no hacen más que causarte más dolores de cabeza.
NEFASTO SERVICIO from the call to report. They left me 3 hours without an answer and it is not the first time. I reported the accident 4 times and they did not know how to give me an answer about the arrival time of the road assistance. I solved it in 5 minutes on my own. A COMPLETE COMPANY SCAM. Nothing recommended. At a time when you don't want to deal with more stress, they just cause you more headaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pesimo servicio como seguro hdi ya tienen 2 semanas y no me solucionan el pago de daños de mi vehículo y ni tampoco me la arreglan y me pasaron el número del teléfono del que se dice ser el de control de calidad y le marco y tampoco responde las llamadas y no me soluciona absolutamente nada ,no los recomiendo para nada les recomiendo buscar otras opciones por que no te solucionan nada que asco de servicio
It's a lousy service like hdi insurance they already have 2 weeks and they don't solve the payment of damages to my vehicle and they don't fix it either and they gave me the phone number of what is said to be the quality control and I dial it and neither He answers the calls and does not solve anything for me, I do not recommend them at all, I recommend looking for other options because they do not solve anything that disgusts the service
